The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bashman gets in close and instigates a clinch. Bashman throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Balotelli is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Bashman taking a breather. Bashman gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
It looks like Mario Balotelli has been cut. Balotelli is trying to pull guard but Bashman has him pressed against the cage. Bashman stops a takedown attempt from Balotelli.
Hulk Bashman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mario Balotelli. Balotelli looks winded! Bashman lands an elbow inside that Balotelli shrugs off. 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Big Dog Nog! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nog keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Styr lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Nog circles away quickly and effectively. Styr throws a right hand that Nog ducks under and follows up with a left that Nog also avoids with ease. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Styr gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Nog to score an easy takedown into full guard. Nog sitting in guard, not really doing much. Nog throwing strikes but missing. Nog is looking to work some ground and pound but Styr has wrist control. Styr working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Nog. Nog with a flurry of punches that miss. Nog throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Styr works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nog loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Nog is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Nog working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Nog working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Nog trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Nog seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Nog should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Styr can't keep his opponent in guard - Nog advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Nog seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Styr is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Big Dog Nog! In defeat, Magnar Styr stepped up to the mic, saying 'Kill me now or I will stab you in your sleep and feed you to my men, Crow!!'.

The crowd seem to be enjoying Mars's choice of entrance music: Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood. Mars really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Worm. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Worm pushes down on Mars's leg and manages to get into half guard. Worm stalling away here and it's allowed Mars to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Worm is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Mars rolls with it to try and escape but Worm cranks on the arm and Mars is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kelz has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Ra. Ra scores with a kick to the body.
Ra moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Kelz looks winded! Ra looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Ra throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ra connects with an inside leg kick. Ra lands with a kick to the ribs.
That kick from Ra tenderised Kelz's leg. Kelz is trying to keep his angry face on. Kelz on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Ra. Ra obviously looking to wear him down.
Amun Ra seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ra throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. A head kick from Ra lands but Kelz takes it in his stride.
It looks like Ben Kelz has been cut. Ra lands a big head kick that sends Kelz tumbling to the mat! Ra takes a step backwards and waves Kelz back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Kelz is rocked! Ra and Kelz are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Ra throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Kelz into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Ra knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mann is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in BigRig's half guard. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Mann thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed BigRig's head. Mann could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Mann thows a huge punch but BigRig dodges it nicely.
Mann knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for BigRig on the ground. BigRig is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Mann scores with a couple of nice shots. Mann not landing any meaningful shots this time. Mann misses with a head shot. BigRig uses the momentum to regain guard. BigRig is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Mann rolls with it to try and escape but BigRig cranks on the arm and Mann is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Fly pushes down on Persecutioned's leg and manages to get into half guard. Fly takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Fly looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Fly looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Fly seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Persecutioned does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Fly pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Persecutioned misses with a hook from the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Persecutioned drops down looking for an ankle pick but Fly pulls his leg out and moves away.
Fly wants to clinch. Fly pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Persecutioned lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Fly leaves Persecutioned with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Fly throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Persecutioned on the side of the head. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Persecutioned jabs Fly right on the nose. Fly blinks but takes it well. Fly looks to land a left hand but Persecutioned moved out of range nicely. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A punch combination from Persecutioned misses. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Persecutioned throws a right and a left that Fly avoids nicely.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Super Fly. I think Fly has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
