The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Planck looks to throw the jab but Tzu is out of range.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Planck lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Tzu has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Tzu and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Planck drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Planck controls the position.
Planck wants to control but Tzu is keeping him busy.

It looks like Planck might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Planck is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Tzu's shoulder. That is not cool.
Planck connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Tzu some visible discomfort.

That was a close round but I would say that Lao Tzu will probably get the nod.
