Stumpp comes to the cage accompanied by Macabre - Werewolf Of Bedburg. Crom has chosen Anvil of Crom as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Peter Stumpp!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Conan Crom!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, James Atkins and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stumpp lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Crom has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Stumpp.
Crom's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Crom duly obliges.
Stumpp throws a leg kick but Crom sees it coming and checks it nicely.
A shot to the liver by Crom. Beautiful body shot.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Crom lands with a straight right. Stumpp didn't see that one coming.
Crom on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Stumpp will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Stumpp misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Crom has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Stumpp swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Crom steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Stumpp. That one must have hurt.

Stumpp pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Crom checks the leg kick nicely there.
Stumpp throws a sloppy head kick and Crom moves out of range easily.
Stumpp goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Crom's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Stumpp is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.

and Crom counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Some bone on bone action there as Stumpp checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Stumpp tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Crom is able to avoid easily.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Stumpp lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Crom has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Crom and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Peter Stumpp seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Crom uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Crom stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Stumpp.
Stumpp throws a leg kick which misses Crom's front leg but catches the back leg as Crom tries to avoid it.
Stumpp looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Crom will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Crom lands a left and a right that send Stumpp crashing to the mat, dazed. Crom thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Stumpp connects with a leg kick. Crom looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Crom lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Stumpp is rocked!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Stumpp is looking to score with low kicks.
Oh Stumpp is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Stumpp throws a leg kick but Crom sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Crom moves away from the strike by Stumpp.
Crom connects with a nice cross there... Stumpp is looking wobbly and Crom recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Stumpp to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Crom jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Conan Crom!
A relieved looking Conan Crom thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
Peter Stumpp spoke after the fight, saying 'Vittu, pillu ja puukenkä.'.

Hardy fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Shadow manages to avoid it.
Shadow misses with a straight right.
Hardy misses with a hook. Shadow ducked under it nicely.

Hardy uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Shadow.
Shadow connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Hardy's hands.
Shadow scores with a sloppy right hand. Hardy should have avoided that one.
Shadow lands a nice shot that snaps Hardy's head back.

Shadow lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Shadow.
Hardy throws a jab when Shadow was well out of range.

A punch lands to the side of Hardy 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Shadow has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Hardy displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Shadow throws out the jab.

Shadow throws the left hand but Hardy avoids the punch easily.
Shadow looks to throw the jab but Hardy is out of range.
Shadow goes for a small jab and connects. Now Shadow goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Hardy stumbles back but Shadow runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Hardy to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Hardy will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Snake Shadow!
Snake Shadow decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
The defeated Vince Hardy had this to say: 'As always I can do everything through Christ my lord and savior who strengthens me. Without him I wouldn't be here tonight. Don't worry I'll be back.'.
