The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schlemper changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cienfuegos tries to avoid it but Schlemper manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cienfuegos to the ground. Cienfuegos escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Cienfuegos throws a right and a left that Schlemper avoids nicely.
Schlemper throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cienfuegos's waist but Cienfuegos gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Schlemper off to one side.
Schlemper closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Cienfuegos's guard.
Schlemper stays in close to Cienfuegos's body and controls the position.
