1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Puki Rabota! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Saam Ante and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rabota forces Oheat back against the cage and clinches. Rabota lands an elbow that stopped Oheat in his tracks for a moment. Rabota lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
It looks like Lil Oheat has been cut. Oheat is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Oheat is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Rabota pulls him back up using the underhooks. Rabota is defending well against a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lil Oheat. That's going to take a lot out of him. Oheat has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Rabota avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Rabota has hold of one of Oheat's legs. Oheat is fighting the takedown attempt but Rabota gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Rabota postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Rabota thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Rabota postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Rabota is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Oheat looking for a guillotine here but Rabota defends easily.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Rabota thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Oheat escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Rabota gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rabota lands a couple of elbows. Oheat scores with a short punch from the bottom. Oheat on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Oheat tries to get out of the position. Rabota distracts Oheat with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Rabota looking to pass the guard. Oheat has momentary wrist control but Rabota slips an elbow through the middle. Oheat is looking for a triangle but Rabota pushes his legs off easily.
Rabota stands up over Oheat, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Rabota is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Rabota thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Oheat has his foot on Rabota's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Rabota works his way back into a safe position though. Oheat is breathing heavily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Oheat trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Rabota tries to stand but Oheat is controlling from the bottom. Rabota content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rabota works over Oheat with some ground and pound from guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rabota postures up and lands a big shot to Oheat's brow. Rabota lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Oheat working for a triangle but Rabota defends it easily.
Rabota lands a couple of digs. Rabota landing with the ground and pound. Rabota is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Oheat is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Rabota is aware though and is defending well. Rabota decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Oheat, up you get! A telegraphed takedown attempt from Rabota is defended easily by Oheat. Rabota moves into the clinch.

Oheat missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Oheat working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Rabota preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Rabota manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Oheat manages to get himself to full guard.
Rabota wants to get up but he can't break Oheat's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Rabota landing with the ground and pound. Rabota passes Oheat's left leg - he's now in half guard. Rabota working over Oheat with some ground and pound. Oheat looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Rabota wants to work for an arm triangle but Oheat is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Rabota prevents Oheat from improving his position. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rabota wants to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Oheat is looking to improve his position.
Rabota lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Oheat tries to roll over but Rabota keeps him under control. Rabota is keen to just control but Oheat is a slippery customer. Rabota is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Oheat sees it coming and defends easily. Rabota is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Oheat on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Rabota connects with a nice short shot to Oheat's temple. Rabota is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Oheat has hold of Rabota's hands but Rabota slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Puki Rabota dominated that round. The cut man is working on Lil Oheat's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Oheat tries for a takedown but Rabota sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Oheat goes for a double leg but Rabota avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Rabota continues to drive forward. Oheat is looking to take this one to the mat. Oheat trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rabota working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.

Oh Oheat is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Rabota stands up and beckons Oheat to join him on the feet. Rabota shoots in for a takedown. He's got it... He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Rabota slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Rabota lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hero lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Hero takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Kivipelto looks to land a left hand but Hero moved out of range nicely. Hero scores with a spinning back kick! Kivipelto looks to land a right hand but Hero moved out of range. Kivipelto looks to throw the jab but Hero is out of range. Kivipelto takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kivipelto on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Hero throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Hero lands with a good body shot. Kivipelto looks winded! Hero thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Kivipelto if he has to take too many more of those.

Kalle Kivipelto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hero lands with a nice body punch. Hero feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Kivipeltos jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Nice body punch from Hero. Nice uppercut there from Hero. Hero ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kivipelto moves away. Kivipelto has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Kivipelto misses with a left hand and Hero counters with a thumping low kick. Hero throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Hero lands a lovely overhand right. Hero digs a good hook to Kivipelto's body.

Hero throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Hero thumps Kivipelto with a low kick. Kivipelto's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Hero is looking to wear down Kivipelto with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Hero moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Hero lands a nice looking kick to the body. Kivipelto takes a step back to recover. A solid body kick from Hero. This has been an exciting period of action! Hero dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kivipelto. That did some damage! Kivipelto has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Hero. Hero pushes Kivipelto away with a front kick. Hero scores with a kick to the body.
Hero's Muay Thai looks sharper than normal. He has obviously been working on it in the gym. Kivipelto sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Good leg kick by Hero there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Kivipelto gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Hero. Kivipelto takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Kivipelto takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Hero connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Kivipelto takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Hero misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kivipelto.
Hero changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Hero jabs Kivipelto to the body, keeping him at a distance. Kivipelto has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Kivipelto there as he acknowledges the shot. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Good standup being displayed there by Hero as he connects with a hook. A solid leg kick lands there for Hero.

Monster Hero is winning the standup battle so far. A nice inside leg kick there by Hero. That's going to slow Kivipelto down. Kivipelto takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Kivipelto takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Hero thuds a left hand into Kivipelto's body. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hero jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

A punch lands to the side of Kivipelto 's head but he takes it in his stride. A slapping leg kick lands for Hero.
Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Kivipelto might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Hero has got the better of the exchanges. Hero misses with a few strikes there.

An inside leg kick lands from Hero. Hero lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. A solid leg kick lands there for Hero.
Hero with a jab. Hero moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Monster Hero is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Hero drops Kivipelto with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Kivipelto looks back up at him and smiles so Hero waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Hero takes a step backwards and waves Kivipelto back to his feet - he wants the finish! That had to hurt Kivipelto. Hero moves out of range of the strikes. Hero throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Hero lands a leg kick that knocks Kivipelto off balance momentarily.

Kivipelto looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Hero fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. A good leg kick by Hero. Hero fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kivipelto looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Hero scores with a leg kick.

This has been an exciting period of action! Hero lands with an uppercut that bounces Kivipelto off the cage and back into range. Hero lands with a shot to the body. Hero keeps Kivipelto at a distance using the push kick. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Hero here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Kivipelto chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Hero can pounce on him.
Hero fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Kivipelto takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Hero lands with an uppercut that bounces Kivipelto off the cage and back into range. A good leg kick by Hero.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hero comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Kivipelto walks into a left hand. Kivipelto on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Hero fakes the leg kick and cracks Kivipelto in the body. Hero lands a nice looking body shot.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Hero, as that shot connected.
Kivipelto on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Hero throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Kivipelto. Hero lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kivipelto thows a left - swing and a miss! Kivipelto misses with a right hand and Hero counters with a left to the body. Hero looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Hero lands a nice leg kick that just misses Kivipelto's sensitive parts. A jab from Kivipelto misses. Hero feints and then cracks Kivipelto's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kivipelto down. Hero bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Hero connects with a looping right hand.

Hero lands with a nice body kick. That kick from Hero tenderised Kivipelto's leg. Kivipelto is trying to keep his angry face on. Hero lands a front kick. Jab, jab by Hero - just one landing. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kivipelto walks forward, straight into a front kick from Hero. Hero lands a nice looking body kick. Kivipelto steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Hero. That one must have hurt. Hero connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Hero lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hero fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kivipelto. A punch combination from Kivipelto misses. Hero lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Hero fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kivipelto looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Hero lands a right hook to the body.
Kalle Kivipelto has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Hero punishes Kivipelto's body with a nice straight punch. Hero dips down and scores with a jab to the body. A thudding body kick lands there by Hero!

And that's the end of the fight! Monster Hero showed his dominance in that final round. Well Hero has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Stanislav clinches up with Hall and pushes him back against the cage. Stanislav just leaning against Hall, taking a breather. Hall with an attempt at a knee that misses.

Stanislav tries to work over Hall's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Stanislav tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Hall lands an uppercut. Stanislav blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Hall lands a shoulder strike. Hall has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Stanislav misses with a punch to the body.
Stanislav lands an uppercut. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Hall creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Adam Stanislav has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hall cracks Stanislav with a nice body shot. Stanislav just leaning against Hall, taking a breather. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Xyz lands with a straight right. Zaitev didn't see that one coming. Xyz listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
It looks like Alexi Zaitev has been cut. Project Xyz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Zaitev takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. A head kick by Zaitev misses and Zaitev takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Zaitev fails in his attempt to clinch. Dirty throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fatu darts in looking for a takedown but Greiner gets double underhooks and turns Fatu into the cage. Greiner breaks from the clinch.
Greiner slaps away a takedown attempt from Fatu, before circling back to the center of the mat. A nice leg kick lands there from Greiner. Greiner lands with a nice body kick. Greiner defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Fatu. Matt Greiner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Solofa Fatu. Fatu misses with a takedown and Greiner counters with a nice uppercut. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Fatu is defended easily by Greiner. Fatu shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Greiner digs a good hook to Fatu's body.

Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A nice leg kick lands there from Greiner. Fatu walks straight into a jab right on the nose. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Riddick scores with a one two! Ray had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Ray chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Riddick can pounce on him.
Riddick misses with a wild body shot. Nice shot by Riddick. Riddick moves out of range as Ray strikes. Riddick gets caught flat footed, as Ray shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Riddick keeping moving, preventing Ray from controlling successfully. Riddick kicks Ray off and gets to his feet. Riddick tries to land a front kick but Ray steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Riddick with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Ray to score with a decent uppercut. Ray throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Riddick swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Riddick keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Riddick knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. We've been hearing that Ray has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish. Ray is thwarting Riddick's attempts to control the position.

Ray is aggressively charging in as Riddick backs up avoiding any damage. Riddick tosses out a jab and Ray runs right into it face first! Ray is out cold! Riddick dropped down on all fours and is barking in Ray's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!

Aguilar works his foot free and advances to mount. Aguilar is landing with some decent strikes but Turner is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Turner tries to hold on but Aguilar pushes him away. Aguilar connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Turner has left one of his arms exposed and Aguilar doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Turner screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.

11 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jorde Runkputte! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Albert Achterberg and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Runkputte lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Saari swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Runkputte throws a right and a left that Saari avoids nicely. Saari takes the fight into the clinch. Runkputte is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Saari breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Runkputte looks to throw the jab but Saari is out of range. Saari thuds his right hand into Runkputte's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Runkputte lands with an overhand left. Runkputte defending well as Saari loads up on a big left hand. Saari throws a jab when Runkputte was well out of range. Runkputte closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Runkputte lands in his opponent's guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! We've been hearing good reports from Saari's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Donk. Runkputte catches Saari right on the button with a cross. Saari fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Saari feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Runkputtes jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Runkputte has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. A jab from Saari misses. Runkputte closes the distance and clinches up with Saari, looking for a takedown. Runkputte pushes Saari against the cage but Saari circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Saari looks to throw the jab but Runkputte is out of range. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Saari swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Runkputte lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Saari backs up against the cage.
Saari misses with an uppercut. Runkputte saw that one coming. Saari scores with a jab. Runkputte acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Runkputte on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Runkputte wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Saari swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Saari throws a series of punches but Runkputte avoids them all with ease. Runkputte slips a straight right by Saari. Sami Saari is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. That's three minutes gone in the round. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Runkputte creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Runkputte digs a right hand into Saari's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Saari's gas tank. Saari lands a body punch. Saari is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. A short right from Saari on the inside. Saari is breathing heavily. A short right from Runkputte. Runkputte lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Runkputte can't find room to land a body shot as Saari controls the action.
Saari tries to throw a body punch but Runkputte avoids it by throwing Saari back against the cage. Saari fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Runkputte scores with a shot to the side of Saari's head. Saari breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Runkputte tries to keep at a distance but Saari has taken the fight into the clinch. Good body shot from Runkputte.

It looks like Sami Saari has been cut. Runkputte goes for a takedown in the clinch but Saari prevents it.
Sami Saari has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jorde Runkputte. Saari lands with a short head shot on the inside. Runkputte goes for a takedown attempt but Saari pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jorde Runkputte dominated that round. The cut man is working on Sami Saari's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Saari is rocked! Saari bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Runkputte comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Saari falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Saari was out before he hit the floor!
