The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nope fails with an attempt to clinch.
Nope misses with a head kick.

Nope lands a high kick to the side of Rinaldi's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Nope dives into guard, looking to finish.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Rinaldi can do anything to dispel that myth.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rinaldi is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Nope tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Rinaldi cranks the arm and Nope screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Nope, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
