Centurion changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Rodrigues fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Rodrigues blocks a jab.
Centurion has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

It looks like Juanito Centurion has been cut.
Rodrigues buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Rodrigues looks to land a combination but Centurion avoids it well.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Centurion pulls guard successfully.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Centurion has his feet on Rodrigues's thighs here. He's pushed Rodrigues off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Rodrigues screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

Rinne lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

and Schittd takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

letting Schittd counter with a right hand.

It looks like Ilmari Rinne has been cut.
Rinne ducks under a wild hook from Schittd.
Rinne fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Schittd, as that shot connected.

Rinne walks straight into a right hand from Schittd - that's dropped him! Schittd jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Rinne from any more punishment! Rinne complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

A very excited looking Jack Schittd rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

Crowe shoots in looking for a takedown. Armstrong tries to sprawl out of it but Crowe keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Armstrong manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Crowe shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Armstrong is trying to defend but Crowe finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Hank Armstrong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Armstrong cracks Crowe with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Crowe tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Armstrong pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Crowe is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stamatis scores with a head kick. Spliff tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Stamatis takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Spliff takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Spliff doesn't manage to clinch there - Stamatis circles away.
Spliff scores with a jab.
Stamatis misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Stamatis rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Spliff moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Spliff throws a low kick but it's checked well by Stamatis.

Stamatis shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Spliff's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Stamatis wants to control from the top but Spliff keeps moving.
Spliff is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The crowd cheers as Stamatis lands an impressive looking overhand right. Spliff doesn't seem phased though.
Spliff throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Stamatis on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Stamatis is looking to slow Spliff down with leg kicks.

Spliff is looking to chop away at Stamatis's legs.
Stamatis swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Spliff.

Stamatis tries to keep at a distance but Spliff has taken the fight into the clinch.
