5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, War Machine! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Takeshi Kurosawa! The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Dirk Anderson and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Machine throws out a loose jab but Kurosawa uses good head movement to avoid it. Kurosawa bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Machine smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Machine misses with a straight right. Kurosawa throws a head kick that Machine semi-blocks.
Machine throws out a token jab with nothing on it. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A telegraphed right hand from Machine misses the target. Machine waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Kurosawa. Machine blocks a head kick by Kurosawa.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Machine, as that shot connected.
Kurosawa has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Machine finds it's way round the side to connect with Kurosawa's head. Kurosawa ducks under a wild hook from Machine. Kurosawa misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Machine throws the left hand but Kurosawa avoids the punch easily. Machine lands a nice shot that snaps Kurosawa's head back.

A big left from Machine misses. Machine is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Kurosawa blocks a jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. A head kick misses from Kurosawa. Machine throws a hook but Kurosawa blocks it. Kurosawa ducks under a wild hook from Machine. Machine takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Machine misses with a hook. Kurosawa ducked under it nicely. Machine connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Kurosawa momentarily.
Machine lands with a right hand. Machine connects with a jab. Machine on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Machine misses with a lunging right hand
and Kurosawa counters with a body kick that stops Machine in his tracks momentarily. Kurosawa lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Kurosawa keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Machine looks to land a left hand but Kurosawa moved out of range nicely. Machine jabbing away but nothing is landing. Kurosawa throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Crunch! Kurosawa slams his shin into Machine's torso. Machine is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Machine waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Kurosawa. Machine looks to score with a jab to the body but Kurosawa is just out of range. Machine misses with a hook. Kurosawa ducked under it nicely. Kurosawa lands a nice looking kick to the body. Machine takes a step back to recover. Kurosawa defending well as Machine loads up on a big left hand. Kurosawa ducks under a wild hook from Machine. Kurosawa connects with an inside leg kick. A thudding body kick lands there by Kurosawa!
Kurosawa lands a big head kick that sends Machine tumbling to the mat! Kurosawa takes a step backwards and waves Machine back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Machine is rocked! Machine chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Kurosawa can pounce on him.
Oh Machine is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Kurosawa chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Kurosawa lets loose with a powerful body kick. Machine will feel that in the morning. Machine takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Kurosawa feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Machine collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Takeshi Kurosawa! A less than humble Takeshi Kurosawa misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Souza scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Souza lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Magomedov down.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. You can see the frustration on Magomedov's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Magomedov regains half guard, as Souza was trying to land strikes. Magomedov is refusing to be controlled, as Souza sits in half guard. Magomedov flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jambon walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Hill checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Jambon tried to score with a low kick but Hill checks it. Jambon swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Hill seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Hill throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jambon takes a shot right to the bread basket. Jambon swings away with a body shot that misses
and Hill cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Jambon wants to clinch and Hill cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Jambon fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Hill is out of range. Hill blocks a low kick nicely. Hill keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Hill feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Jambons jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jambon tries to clinch up. Jambon tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Hill is able to avoid easily. Jambon misses with a body shot
and Hill counters with a left right combination that sends Jambon crashing to the mat - Hill wastes no time in diving on top of him and pounding Jambon out for a TKO! Devastating finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lucius Hill! A very excited looking Lucius Hill made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gray clinches. Ward is defending well against a takedown attempt. Ward tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Ward's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Mick Ward seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ward fails in his attempt to clinch. Ward throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Ward cracks Gray with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Ward wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Ward tries to clinch there but Gray circles away.
Ward fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gray manages to avoid it. Ward misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Gray is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Gray swats away the attempt to clinch by Ward. Ward tries to clinch there but Gray circles away.
Ward gets tackled into the cage by Gray. Gray maintains the clinch. Ward lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Gray backwards. Ward lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Gray backwards. Gray turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Ward prevents Gray from moving into mount. Ward manages to work his way to half guard, despite Gray's best efforts.

Ward looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Gray sitting and controlling from the half guard. Ward trying to hold on to Gray's head to control him but Gray postures up.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Doe lunges at James with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by James's hand. Nice defenses there by Doe. A big right from James misses. Doe uses good head movement to avoid the hook from James. Doe with a jab. James throws a jab but it's blocked by Doe. James throws an overhand right that lands on Doe's shoulder, as Doe tries to avoid the shot. Peter James seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Doe gets cracked there but stands up to it.
James lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. And that's the end of the fight! Tim Hunter comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Hunter has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
