The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Richmond darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Gracie is looking for a sweep. Richmond is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Richmond trying to control the action but Gracie is working from the bottom.

Richmond is working for a kimura but Gracie is defending it quite comfortably.
Richmond wants to stand up but Gracie is controlling the position.

Richmond escapes and gets back to his feet.

Szczeniak moves in looking to clinch but Holmes pushes him off.
Szczeniak tries to score a power double leg takedown but Holmes sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Szczeniak somewhat.

Szczeniak gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Holmes drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Holmes as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Szczeniak screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Holmes! Nice submission victory there!
