I think II might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Ace of Spades. Santos Goncalves is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

In defeat, Santos Goncalves stepped up to the mic, saying 'whatever it is what it is'.

He's trying desperately to grab hold of Ponjev around the waist but Ponjev pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Ponjev is the winner by TKO! Ponjev jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

Tyler Showman was interviewed post fight and said 'I thought I did enough to win the fight, but it just didn't turn out that way. I'll watch the film to learn what I can, and I'll come back a better fighter.'.
