0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Die Hard! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Wesley Smith and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Serderov closes the distance and clinches. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Serderov lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
It looks like Die Hard has been cut. Hard blocks an elbow strike. Hard tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Serderov throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Serderov lands an uppercut. Hard stalling in the clinch but Serderov improves position. Serderov escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hard takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Serderov misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hard.
Hard throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Serderov ducks under a wild hook from Hard. Serderov throws a hook but Hard blocks it. Hard misses with a jab, cross combination.
Serderov fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hard manages to avoid it. Serderov gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Die Hard is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Serderov stuns Hard with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Hard looks winded! Serderov scores with a jab to the body. Serderov moves into the clinch. Serderov is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. A hook to the body from Serderov.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Serderov lands an elbow inside that Hard shrugs off. Serderov manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

That has opened up Die Hard's cut even more. Serderov creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Hard's defenses. Serderov lands a body shot.

Die Hard's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Die Hard's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Creed closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Valdez's guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Creed wants to control from the top but Valdez keeps moving. Valdez working a defensive guard here.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Creed pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Valdez is keeping the position for now. Valdez is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Creed defends well. Valdez is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Valdez keeping moving, preventing Creed from controlling successfully.

We're going to have a standup here because Rocky Creed wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Creed shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Valdez's guard. Valdez trying to keep a closed guard but Creed is proving a slippery customer.
Valdez seems keen to control Creed's posture. Valdez not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Rocky Creed has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of German Valdez. Creed tries to clinch but Valdez moves out of range.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Creed slaps away a takedown attempt from Valdez, before circling back to the center of the mat. Valdez shoots for a double leg takedown but Creed sprawls well. He's pushed Valdez's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Creed dives in for a single leg takedown but Valdez sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Creed pulls Valdez into guard.

Fjera throws the left hand but Ilic avoids the punch easily. Fjera tries to clinch up but Ilic circles away and keeps his distance. Ilic closes the distance and clinches up with Fjera, looking for a takedown. Ilic pushes Fjera against the cage but Fjera circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Fjera has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Fjera tries to clinch up but Ilic circles away and keeps his distance. Nick Fjera seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ilic defending well as Fjera loads up on a big left hand. Ilic looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Fjera misses with a low kick. Fjera fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ilic manages to avoid it. Ilic gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Fjera counters with a thumping low kick. Ilic tries for a takedown but Fjera circles away easily and Ilic takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dorian Ilic. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ilic misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

It's official - Fjera has eaten all the pies! Fjera wants to pass the guard but Ilic is keeping the position. Fjera scoring with some ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fjera pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ilic is keeping the position for now. Fjera landing some decent shots from guard. Fjera drops back, looking for a kneebar! Ilic looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Ilic looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Ilic! Fjera manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Fjera is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Fjera throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Ilic works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Fjera postures up in Ilic's guard and throws a big left but Ilic blocks it. Fjera has gone for a leg lock! Ilic slips out almost immediately though and dives into Fjera's guard. Ilic is sitting in close to Fjera's body. Fjera has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Ilic is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Ilic is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Fjera.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Terteryan bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Bob! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

It looks like Billy Bob has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Terteryan stays in close to Bob's body and controls the position. Oh Bob is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Terteryan stopping the sweep attempt from Bob. Bob seems to have got his legs back now. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Terteryan accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bob wants to stand up but Terteryan is controlling him. Terteryan wants to control from the top but Bob keeps moving. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Terteryan trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Bob will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Terteryan stopping the sweep attempt from Bob.

That could spell trouble for Bob! The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Terteryan cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Nice move. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Terteryan throws a strike but Bob avoids it easily and moves to full guard. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Bob looking to hit a scissor sweep but Terteryan is one step ahead there. Bob bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Terteryan's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Terteryan thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Bob is looking for a sweep. Terteryan works to advance to full mount. Bob defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Terteryan is pressing down on Bob's thigh, looking to free his foot. Bob is holding on for now. Terteryan is trying to work for a kimura but Bob is defending well.

Terteryan stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Terteryan wants it to stay on the feet. Terteryan scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Bob walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Terteryan swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
