The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbados throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
No luck for Quarry with that takedown attempt.
Quarry has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Barbados finds it's way round the side to connect with Quarry's head.
Quarry looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Barbados leaves Quarry with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Aldo Barbados has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alex Quarry.

Quarry throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Barbados's waist but Barbados gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Quarry off to one side.

In defeat, Dean Ambrose stepped up to the mic, saying 'My mind wasn't in the game letter lone in the ring the other fighter trained for hell he new I was guna take it to him cos I'm the bad man arrgh next time I'm guna knuckle up pain an gain'.

I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jo Roblin was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

We've been hearing good reports from Adams's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
