The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Geist on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Parker. Parker obviously looking to wear him down.

Ferreira will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ferreira thows a body kick. Balboa tries to catch it but that hurt him.

Balboa shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

I looks like Steakworth might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Huxtable has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Steakworth is proving hard to escape from.

Huxtable drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Steakworth dives on top into guard.
