Kowalik tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Van Der Vaart smiles and moves away.
Kowalik tries to land a front kick but Van Der Vaart steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Van Der Vaart controls Kowalik momentarily but Kowalik frees himself.

Keo is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Sugarol rolls with it to try and escape but Keo cranks on the arm and Sugarol is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Orlov stuffs the takedown attempt from Dellaria. Dellaria gets slowly back to his feet.

Orlov dips to his left and cracks Dellaria with an uppercut!
Orlov thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Dellaria if he has to take too many more of those.
Orlov has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Dellaria is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Oh Dellaria is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Orlov counters with a good, hard body kick but Dellaria shrugs it off.
Orlov has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Orlov throws a nice looking combination but Dellaria bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Dellaria looks up at the clock. Bad move! Orlov lands a right hand from hell, dropping Dellaria. Orlov pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alexander Orlov!
Alexander Orlov decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
The defeated Greg Dellaria had this to say: 'Thanks to all the fans in the audience tonight...I'll be back!'.

Solmu gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Solmu apologises and we restart here on the feet.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Vrutaal just misses with a elbow thrown towards Reis's brow.
