Marghareti changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Santos tries to avoid it but Marghareti manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Santos to the ground. Santos escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Peppers fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Piper.
Peppers ducks right into an uppercut from Piper.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Peppers.
Piper changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Peppers tries to avoid it but Piper manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Peppers to the ground. Peppers escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
