The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hefernon rushes Johnson and presses him up against the cage.
Johnson lands with a light punch inside.

Johnson has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Hefernon after a bit of a struggle.

Johnson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Johnson is trying to drag Hefernon to the mat but Hefernon just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Rivas has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Glowacki is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Rivas shoots for a double leg takedown but Glowacki sprawls well. He's pushed Rivas's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Kacper Glowacki has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Oscar Rivas.
Rivas leaves Glowacki with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Rivas drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Glowacki right on the button. Glowacki goes down! Rivas follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Rivas gets the win via TKO!

Oscar Rivas seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.

Well DeLaurier has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A very excited looking Phil Pla rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
