The bell rings for round one and we are underway! swing takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
swing moves in looking to clinch but Sugarol pushes him off. Sugarol scores with a body shot.
swing tries to move into range but Sugarol moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Sugarol lands a jab. Sugarol uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Sugarol works over swing's head and body with a nice combination. Sugarol lands the left hand. Sugarol avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! swing has a takedown stuffed. Sugarol cracks a nice hook into swing's ribs. Sugarol connects with a crisp jab. Sugarol clobbers swing with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
swing is rocked! Sugarol scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Oh swing is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Sugarol bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Sugarol drops swing with a straight left! Oh this is bad for swing! Sugarol dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Ass tries to advance to mount but can't. Ass remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ass shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Ass was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Ass controlling his opponent. Griswold is looking to improve his position but Ass isn't that keen on the idea. Ass controlling the position easily from mount.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wasama misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Wasama fails to land the takedown. Wasama stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Orkidea. Wasama has a takedown stuffed. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ilkka Wasama. That's going to take a lot out of him. Orkidea has closed the distance and engaged Wasama in a clinch.
Orkidea escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Orkidea takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Orkidea lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Orkidea! Wasama is out on his feet! Orkidea rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Wasama is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Wasama is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice takedown defense from Brickendrop. No joy for Fallinmountain on that attempt. Fallinmountain fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Fallinmountain misses with a takedown attempt - Brickendrop sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Hans Brickendrop has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Torben Fallinmountain. Fallinmountain misses with a body kick. Brickendrop fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Brickendrop defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Fallinmountain. Fallinmountain misses with a takedown attempt - Brickendrop sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Brickendrop stuffs the takedown attempt from Fallinmountain. Fallinmountain gets slowly back to his feet. Fallinmountain looks gassed! Brickendrop instigates a clinch. Brickendrop lands a nice uppercut. Fallinmountain tries to pull guard but Brickendrop holds him up against the cage and eventually Fallinmountain drops back down to his feet.
Fallinmountain ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Fallinmountain no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Fallinmountain keeping moving, preventing Brickendrop from controlling successfully. Fallinmountain is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brickendrop wants to control from the top but Fallinmountain keeps moving. Brickendrop controlling from the top position. Fallinmountain keeping moving, preventing Brickendrop from controlling successfully. Fallinmountain really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Brickendrop. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Brickendrop gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Fallinmountain changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Brickendrop tries to avoid it but Fallinmountain manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Brickendrop to the ground. Brickendrop escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. No luck for Fallinmountain with that takedown attempt. The fight stays on the outside here - Brickendrop looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Fallinmountain tries to keep at a distance but Brickendrop has taken the fight into the clinch.
