The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bring the Pain tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Bring the Pain wants to clinch up but Gattuso keeps it at a distance. Gattuso misses with an uppercut. Bring the Pain has managed to clinch.
Bring the Pain tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Gattuso smiles and moves away.

He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Hecatonchires wants to stand but Okayama is controlling his posture from full guard. Okayama is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Hecatonchires loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Okayama pulls Hecatonchires in close to prevent any damage. Okayama looking to sweep here. Morgan should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Griggoff drops Morgan with a beautiful combination! Morgan stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Griggoff is looking for the KO!
Morgan is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Griggoff swings away with a leg kick that misses. Griggoff connects with a stiff jab that staggers Morgan - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!

Dants misses with a body kick. Dants throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Graicie drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dants is trying to buck Graicie off. Graicie looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Graicie wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Dants, who protects the arm well. Dants wants to get back to his feet but Graicie drags him back down.
That's one minute gone in the round. Graicie tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Graicie tries for a kimura but Dants is defending well. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Graicie is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Dants looks calm but he's in trouble here. Graicie gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Dants is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Graicie lets go of the hold and Dants can pop his arm back in it's socket.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Karamazov drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. xirurg takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
xirurg tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Karamazov wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. You can see the frustration on xirurg's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Karamazov scores with punches from side control. xirurg really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Karamazov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. xirurg wants to control but Karamazov postures up. Karamazov prevents xirurg from escaping the position. xirurg is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Karamazov working away. xirurg taking punishment in the form of punches.
xirurg is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Karamazov moves into full mount! xirurg is still in real trouble! It looks like Dani Thrana has been cut. Mikhailov looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Thrana steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Mikhailov . Thrana throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Thrana misses with a hook. Thrana shoots in for a double leg but Mikhailov sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Mikhailov throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Thrana closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Thrana shoots in for a takedown but Mikhailov shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Mikhailov has managed to clinch.
Mikhailov is trying to break the clinch but Thrana is controlling him. Mikhailov tries to break free but Thrana pushes him back against the cage. Thrana looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Thrana pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. The fighters circle momentarily. Mikhailov darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Thrana misses with a low kick.
Mikhailov sends Thrana crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Mikhailov is motioning to the referee to let Thrana up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
