The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lockheart tries to score a power double leg takedown but Wauna sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lockheart somewhat. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Wauna. Lockheart closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Wauna quickly recovers to half guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Lockheart is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Wauna has managed to free his arm - good work. Lockheart not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Lockheart is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Lockheart with him. Lockheart is trying to defend but Wauna has an arm under the chin now! Lockheart grimaces and is forced to tap out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A kick lands to the mid section there for Stone. Stallone tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Stone paws at him with a jab and circles away. Stone scores with a leg kick.
Stallone throws the left hand but Stone avoids the punch easily. A good leg kick by Stone. Stallone's coach down at Academia Ipanema was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Stallone's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Stallone looks winded! Stallone tries to bum rush Stone with a series of wild strikes but Stone uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Stone definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Stallone on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Stone. Stone obviously looking to wear him down.
Stone lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Stone connects with a solid leg kick. Nice body kick from Stone. Stone goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. A jab from Stone finds it's way through Stallone's defenses. Stone throws a nice inside leg kick. Stone scores with a jab to the head.
Stone throws an overhand right that drops Stallone like a sack of potatoes! Stone dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ardonia scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Ardonia looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Kim avoids a punch combination nicely.
Kim lands with a kick to the ribs.
Ardonia checks a leg kick. Ardonia throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Kim swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Ardonia counters with a three punch combo that has Kim backing up. Kim nods at Ardonia to acknowledge the strikes. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Ardonia fails to land with a series of punches.

Kim has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Kim thows a body shot but no joy. Ardonia checks a low kick from Kim. Kim looks for the body kick but Ardonia saw that one coming. Ardonia pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Kim back to the cage. Ardonia follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
It looks like Jin Kim has been cut. Ardonia moves out of range as Kim strikes. Kim moves out of range of the body kick. Oooooh!!! Kim has knocked Ardonia down with a huge combo! Kim steps away and waves a wobbly Ardonia back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Miller throws a head kick that misses. Dong misses with a hook. Miller ducked under it nicely. Dong misses with a takedown and Miller counters with a body kick. Miller has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Dong is landing a low percentage of strikes. Miller lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Dong thows a left - swing and a miss! Dong throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Miller ducks right into an uppercut from Dong. Dong shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Dong looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Dong thows a left - swing and a miss! Dong misses with a hook. Miller ducked under it nicely. Miller throws a leg kick which misses Dong's front leg but catches the back leg as Dong tries to avoid it. Miller cracks Dong with a right hand to the side of the head. Dong missing with a left hand there. Miller was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Nice takedown defense from Miller. No joy for Dong on that attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mike Dong. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dong shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Miller pinned against the cage. Miller gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Miller throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Dong is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miller explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Miller connects with an inside leg kick. Miller throws a nice inside leg kick. Miller fakes the leg kick and cracks Dong in the body. This has been an exciting period of action! Miller lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Miller scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Dong doesn't seem bothered though. Miller fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. A solid body kick from Miller. Mike Dong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Miller moves into the clinch. This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Dong. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Miller stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Miller connects with a knee to the head.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Miller. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Miller creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. A right handed body shot lands from Miller.

Dong is working for position but Miller cracks him with a big knee to the head! Dong crumples up against the cage and Miller lands two more shots before the ref can save Dong! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silva tries to clinch but Rodriguez is having none of it. Rodriguez drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Rodriguez stands up. Silva looks to clinch and Rodriguez moves into the clinch. Rodriguez blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Silva with an attempt at a knee that misses.

Rodriguez will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Rodriguez tries to improve position but can't. Silva is staying tight to Rodriguez's torso, preventing him from escaping. Silva cracks Rodriguez with a big right hand but Rodriguez just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Centura misses with a takedown attempt - Hammer sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Centura has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Centura manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Hammer on his heels. He'll look to pass Hammer's guard now, I'm sure. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Hammer is trying to keep Centura in close.
