That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Randy Couture.

David lands a nice looking body shot.
Lens's jab looks to have found its range, popping David under the eye.
Lens connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

David throws a lazy right hand but Lens sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Lens enables David to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lens manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lens is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst David is controlling him.

David is in all sorts of trouble here.

David wants to control but Lens is having none of it.

David is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
David tries to lock up and control but Lens gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
David slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
David preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
David moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Lens loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Lens is fighting to break David's control of his arms but David is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
David has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Miles David.

David shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lens's guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

David's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Miles David is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Miles David.
Lens's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Lens duly obliges.
Jeremy Lens seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Lens tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but David was well out of range. Poor timing from Lens.
Lens throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Lens takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
David keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Jeremy Lens has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

David dives in and scores a takedown into Lens's guard.
David working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Lens can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as David controls the pace.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Miles David.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for David, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
