Gurrang throws a combination that misses and Denisov counters with a nice double leg into half guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Denisov working over Gurrang with some ground and pound. Gurrang looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Gurrang wants to get back to his feet. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch combination from Bajnai misses. Bajnai moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. A lazy left from Kazlauskas finds it's target. Bajnai gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Kazlauskas postures up in Bajnai's guard and throws a big left but Bajnai blocks it. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Kazlauskas stands and throws Bajnai's legs to the side, diving into side control. Bajnai tries to bench press Kazlauskas off him but Kazlauskas keeps the position. Kazlauskas advances to mount. Kazlauskas raining down hammerfists from mount. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kazlauskas working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Belov scores with a hook. Belov feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Burns utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Belov makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Baker throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Draiman. Baker lands a glancing blow to the side of Draiman's head. Baker connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Baker gets a clinch. Baker breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Baker rushes Draiman and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Baker's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. The fight moves into the clinch position. Baker misses with a knee strike.
Draiman tries to break the clinch but Baker is controlling the position. Draiman tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Baker just stands there and leans against the cage. Draiman wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Baker has him pressed against the cage. Draiman blocks the elbow strike.

Draiman tries to close the distance and clinch up but Baker swats him away and circles back towards the center. Draiman takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. A looping hook to the body misses from Draiman. Baker does a little dance to reset his feet.

Draiman is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Baker working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Draiman is still in real trouble! Can Baker finish him? The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Baker tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Baker has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Baker is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Draiman will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Draiman seems to have recovered his senses. Baker looking to control but instead Draiman has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard.
