Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ken Masters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dom Danky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Masters comes into the arena with Living in America blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dom Danky! The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Albert Achterberg and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Danky misses with a jab, cross combination.
Danky lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Ken Masters seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Masters throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Masters closes the distance and lands a one-two. Masters lands a jab to Danky's midsection. The fighters circle momentarily. Danky darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Masters rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Danky moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Masters avoids the body shot from Danky.

Masters is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Danky is controlling him. Danky pushes down on Masters's leg and manages to get into half guard. Danky looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Masters tries to kick Danky off but Danky keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Danky sitting and controlling from the half guard. Danky winds up and cracks Masters with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Well, if Danky is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

We've been hearing good reports from Vovkov's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Kusilutka pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Routakirves throws a nice looking combination but Clayton bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Routakirves shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Clayton defends it nicely. Routakirves looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Clayton feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Routakirves's calf. Routakirves swings for the body but Clayton moves out of range.

Anderson throws the left hand but Hogan avoids the punch easily. Hogan fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Anderson has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Hogan throws a low kick but Anderson moves out of range easily. Hogan avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

John Anderson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Anderson tried to score with a low kick but Hogan checks it. A solid leg kick lands there for Hogan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Galasso lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Haeyhae circles away quickly and effectively. Galasso throws a combination. Haeyhae tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Haeyhae slips a jab and a cross from Galasso.
Galasso swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Galasso avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Haeyhae definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Galasso swats away the attempt to clinch by Haeyhae. A jab from Galasso finds it's way through Haeyhae's defenses. Haeyhae slips under a jab from Galasso. Haeyhae manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Galasso on his heels. He'll look to pass Galasso's guard now, I'm sure. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Galasso throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Galasso is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Galasso felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Haeyhae wants to lay and pray for a moment but Galasso keeps working.
