Undercard bout

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Wolf Flow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Newton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Flow comes to the cage accompanied by Rich homie quan- difference. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

and Nader counters with a good, hard body kick but Johnson shrugs it off.
Nader is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bobby Light!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Light takes a swing at Bullettooth's ribcage but misses.

Bullettooth lands a big head kick that sends Light tumbling to the mat! Bullettooth takes a step backwards and waves Light back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Bobby Light has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Light doesn't manage to clinch there - Bullettooth circles away.
Light is still on wobbly legs! Can Bullettooth finish him?
Bullettooth lands with a shot to the body.
Bullettooth throws a sloppy head kick and Light moves out of range easily.

Bullettooth turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Light changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bullettooth tries to avoid it but Light manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bullettooth to the ground. Bullettooth escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Light jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

It looks like Boris The Bullettooth has been cut.
Some bone on bone action there as Light checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Light tries to close the distance and clinch but Bullettooth swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Bullettooth. Light shrugs it off though.
Bullettooth connects with a right hand. Light shakes it off.
Light shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bullettooth as he jumps to the side.
Bullettooth swings for the body but Light moves out of range.

Bullettooth stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bullettooth wants it to stay on the feet.
Boris The Bullettooth has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bobby Light.

Light shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bullettooth as he avoids it easily.

Light sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Bullettooth throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Light shoots in looking for a takedown but Bullettooth manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Light's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
