The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Polden throws a right and a left that Kreese avoids nicely.
Kreese has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Kreese rushes Polden and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Polden is trying to push Kreese away but Kreese has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Kreese breaks the clinch.
Kreese throws a right and a left that Polden avoids nicely.
Polden lands a jab-cross combination.
Kreese throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Polden moves out of range of the strikes.
Kreese shoots in looking for a takedown. Polden tries to sprawl out of it but Kreese keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Polden manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Estella lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Vega throws the kick towards the body but Estella avoids it.
Vega throws a front kick aimed at Estella's knee but Estella avoids it well.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Estella! Vega is out on his feet! Estella rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Vega is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Vega is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
