6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hung Lo! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Trevor Gratis and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lo lands a two punch combo.
Riddick goes for a double leg but Lo avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Lo continues to drive forward. Lo lands a hook to the side of the head. Riddick pulls Lo into guard.
Lo stays in close to Riddick 's body and controls the position. Lo tries to free his leg and advance position but Riddick is retaining full guard. Lo is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lo decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Riddick , up you get! Hung Lo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hung Lo is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Riddick tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Riddick somewhat. Lo is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Lo closes the distance and clinches. Riddick blocks an uppercut.

Lo throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Lo wants to clinch up but Riddick keeps it at a distance. The fight stays on the outside here - Lo looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Hung Lo dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Lo is looking to clinch but Riddick is avoiding it.

That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Lo looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Lo is trying to control the position but Riddick postures up. Riddick throws a strike but Lo rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Lo turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Riddick darts in looking for a takedown but Lo gets double underhooks and turns Riddick into the cage. Riddick is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Lo pulls him back up using the underhooks. Riddick is looking to break free of the clinch but Lo has double underhooks. Lo has Riddick pressed against the cage, preventing Riddick from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Lo breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Hung Lo seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Lo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Riddick misses with a takedown attempt. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Lo lands a jab to Riddick 's midsection. Riddick is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Lo smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Lo looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Lo closes the distance and pushes Riddick back into the cage. Lo is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Riddick changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Lo fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Sanpun is looking to work some ground and pound but Lehner has wrist control. Sanpun works over Lehner with some ground and pound from guard. Lehner is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Sanpun's corner is telling him to maintain position. Sanpun wants to control from the top but Lehner keeps moving. Jackson seems to have got his legs back now. Jackson is working hard here to advance position. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hauki can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Jackson is looking to escape.
