0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Randor Randorovitch! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Steve Smith and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! King looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. King throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Randorovitch. Randorovitch shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. King shoots in looking for a takedown. Randorovitch tries to sprawl out of it but King keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Randorovitch manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Randorovitch wants to clinch. Randorovitch gets tackled into the cage by King. King maintains the clinch. Randorovitch wants to take the fight to the mat but King manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Randorovitch jumps guard but King turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as King walks away with a smile on his face. Randorovitch gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. King lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Randorovitch can't get the takedown.

King tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Randorovitch defends well and King ends up having to push Randorovitch into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. King breaks from the clinch.
King closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

I was talking to King's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. King prevents a takedown attempt there.

The fight moves into the clinch position. King lands an elbow inside. King breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Randorovitch drops his hands for a split second and King immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Randorovitch face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. King follows up with a right hand that knocks Randorovitch into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Beliveau defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Shark. Beliveau rushes Shark and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Beliveau stalling in the clinch.
Beliveau pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Shark goes for a double leg but Beliveau avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Beliveau continues to drive forward. Shark could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Shark wants to take the fight to the mat but Beliveau manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Matt Shark. That's going to take a lot out of him. Shark has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Beliveau is trying to keep an underhook but Shark manages to get the takedown into half guard. Shark is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aribiiii tries to clinch but Laprise moves away and Laprise counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Aribiiii wants to stand but Laprise is controlling the position. Laprise is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Laprise landing some decent shots from guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Laprise drops back looking for a leg! Aribiiii is in trouble here! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bernard bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Kowalchuck's head. Kowalchuck misses with a head kick.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Kowalchuck. Bernard shrugs it off though. Kowalchuck rushes Bernard and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Kowalchuck managing to block the knees to the body from Bernard.
Bernard tries to work over Kowalchuck's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Bernard throws a head punch that misses. Bernard leaning his opponent against the cage. Kowalchuck has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Bernard is trying to keep an underhook but Kowalchuck manages to get the takedown into half guard. Kowalchuck landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Bernard definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Bernard gets full guard.

Bernard tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Kowalchuck counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Kowalchuck lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Kowalchuck prevents Bernard from standing back up.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yamamoto throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ax was covering up waiting for the punch and Yamamoto finishes the takedown easily into guard. Yamamoto is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Yamamoto tries to stand but Ax is controlling from the bottom. Yamamoto tries to free his leg and advance position but Ax is retaining full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ax preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Yamamoto working his ground and pound in the gym. Yamamoto works over Ax with some ground and pound from guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Yamamoto accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Yamamoto with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. And that's the end of the fight! Yushin Yamamoto comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Yamamoto has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. McIrish lands a jab-cross combination. Excellent takedown into side control there by Quarry. A lull in the action here as Quarry stalls from top position. Quarry sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but McIrish is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
