The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lihi throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

so Dansen counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Dansen feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Dansen is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Lihi manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.

Dansen turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Dansen manages to end up in side control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Dansen is working to tighten his grip on Lihi's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Lihi has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Dansen is really squeezing tight and eventually Lihi passes out! Dansen breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Cop enables Blackwing to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Cop manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
