The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Enki gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Doom. Doom tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Enki was well out of range. Poor timing from Doom. Doom scores with a sloppy right hand. Enki should have avoided that one. Doom misses with a looping left. Doom delivers a nice body kick. Enki blocks a jab. Doom fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Enki checks it well. A slapping leg kick lands for Doom.

We've been informed that Enki has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Enki tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Enki takes a shot to the body in his stride.
That's one minute gone in the round. Doom throws a front kick aimed at Enki's knee but Enki avoids it well. Doom throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Doom connects with a jab. Doom misses with an attempted mid kick.
Enki wants to land a leg kick but Doom is out of range. Doom uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Enki. Doom lands a nice hook to Enki's body. Enki takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Enki rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

Master Enki is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Enki throws a body punch but Doom moves out of range. A decent looking cross lands there for Doom. Doom misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Enki counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Enki missing with knees to the body.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Doom turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Doom manages to end up in side control. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Check out the look on Doom's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Doom avoids the strikes from the bottom by Enki. Enki throws Doom to one side and escapes! Enki takes one on the button. Enki scores with a crisp jab that stopped Doom in his tracks. Enki takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Enki throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Doom sees it coming and avoids it easily. Enki throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Doom throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Enki's head. Doom throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Doom pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dave Doom dominated that round. That's time! Doom's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Doom looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Doom fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Enki manages to avoid it. Enki's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Doom connects with a solid leg kick. Enki lands with a good body shot. Enki throws an overhand right that lands on Doom's shoulder, as Doom tries to avoid the shot. Doom cracks Enki with a right hand to the side of the head. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Doom.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Enki fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Doom on the side of the head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A good leg kick by Doom. Doom on the wrong end of a nice jab. Doom cracks Enki with a good jab. Enki scores with a three punch combo!

Enki lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Doom circles away quickly and effectively. Doom throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.

and Enki makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. This has been an exciting period of action! Doom connects with a solid leg kick. Doom looks to land a left hand but Enki moved out of range nicely. Enki lands a glancing blow to the side of Doom's head. Enki keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Enki moves out of range as Doom strikes. Doom uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Enki has time to react. Enki on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Doom. Doom obviously looking to wear him down.
Enki scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Doom changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Doom scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Enki doesn't seem bothered though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Master Enki will probably get the nod - 10:9. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A lazy body kick from Doom and Enki counters with a nice uppercut. Doom shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. A right-left combo lands from Enki. This has been an exciting period of action! Doom shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Enki eats them both and turns towards Doom to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
That's one minute gone in the round. Enki takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Doom throws a big shot that misses. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Enki lands an overhand right. Enki slips under a jab from Doom. Doom scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Enki changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Nice uppercut lands for Enki. That snapped Doom's head back.
Doom looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Doom uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Enki. Doom lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Enki lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Doom takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. A head kick misses from Doom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Enki checks a leg kick. Enki explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Enki throws an overhand right that lands on Doom's shoulder, as Doom tries to avoid the shot. Doom throws a head kick that misses and Enki counters with a nice uppercut. Enki slips a jab from Doom. Doom throws a body shot but no joy. Doom looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Doom will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Enki tests Doom's chin there with a solid looking shot. Doom misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Doom tries to score with a low kick but Enki moves his leg out of the way. Enki has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Doom. Doom shoots in looking for a takedown. Enki tries to sprawl out of it but Doom keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Enki manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Doom throws a low kick but it's checked well by Enki. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Doom is defended easily by Enki. Doom slips a jab from Enki. Enki misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Doom.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Doom cracks Enki with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Enki throws an overhand right that lands on Doom's shoulder, as Doom tries to avoid the shot. Doom fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Enki manages to avoid it. Doom throws a big shot that misses. Doom just misses with a punch to the body.
Enki bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Doom's head backwards. Enki throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Doom. Doom swings away with a body shot that misses
and Doom takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Enki pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Doom takes a swing at Enki's ribcage but misses. Enki waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Doom.
And that's the end of the fight! Master Enki comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Enki has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

and Marx counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Marx throws a head kick that misses. Marx shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Terell's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Terell throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Marx tries to free his leg and advance position but Terell is retaining full guard. Terell is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Marx defends well. Terell trying to keep a closed guard but Marx is proving a slippery customer.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Marx stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Terell swivels though and keeps the full guard. Marx drops back looking for a leg! Terell is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Terell manages to kick Marx off! Marx jumps back into Terell's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Marx trying to control the position from guard on top but Terell is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Marx preventing the sweep. Terell can't keep his opponent in guard - Marx advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Marx is figuring out what he wants to do next. Marx works his foot free and advances to mount. Marx pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.
Terell is trying to escape the mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Marx takes Terell's back. Terell breaks Marx's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Marx tries to land a sweep but no joy. Terell is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Marx is looking to sweep but instead, Terell has passed into half guard.

Kwiecinski is looking to regain half guard here but Barnett keeps moving and retains side control. Barnett working the body and head with strikes. Kwiecinski takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Barnett trying to control the position but Kwiecinski is working away. Barnett has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Barnett is really struggling to control Kwiecinski but he's trying to hold on to the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Barnett is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Kwiecinski has escaped the position, nice work there. Kwiecinski really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Barnett. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Barnett thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Barnett is trying to get an arm triangle but Kwiecinski is defending well. Barnett is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kwiecinski is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Barnett in side control, working for a kimura. and Santos counters with a nice body shot. A decent looking cross lands there for Santos. Kimura needs to keep his hands up - Santos had a free shot at his head there. Joe Kimura seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kimura throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Santos on the side of the head. Kimura misses with a series of wild punches.
Nice sprawl there from Santos as Kimura shoots in. Good exchange - Santos coming out on top. Kimura throws a hook but Santos avoids it easily. Santos lands a lovely overhand right. Kimura throws a series of punches but Santos moves out of range. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Santos will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Santos slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Kimura lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Kimura. Some wild striking there from Kimura.

Kimura throws a series of punches but Santos avoids them all with ease. Santos lands a big uppercut and Kimura crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Kimura looks OK. Santos waves Kimura back to his feet! Kimura is still on wobbly legs! Can Santos finish him? We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Santos sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Kimura's defenses. It connects perfectly with Kimura's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aventador wants to clinch up but Hymen keeps it at a distance. Aventador ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Aventador tries to clinch but Hymen moves out of range. An inside leg kick from Hymen misses. Hymen moves forwards but Aventador connects with a nice, crisp jab. Hymen throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Hymen throws a lazy right hand but Aventador sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Aventador tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Hymen manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Hymen looks to score with a jab to the body but Aventador is just out of range. Hymen has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Hymen looks for the body kick but Aventador saw that one coming. Aventador throws an overhand right that lands on Hymen's shoulder, as Hymen tries to avoid the shot. Aventador clinches up against the cage. A frustrated look appears on Hymen's face as he tries to break the clinch. Hymen is trying to force a seperation but Aventador has the dominant position. Aventador lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Aventador prevents Hymen from breaking the clinch. Aventador has Hymen pressed against the cage, preventing Hymen from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Aventador lands with a right to the head.

Hymen uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Aventador has time to react. Aventador moves into the clinch. Hymen is trying to push Aventador away but Aventador has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Hymen is trying to break the clinch but Aventador has him pressed against the cage. Hymen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Hymen, as that shot connected.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hymen with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Aventador to score with a decent uppercut.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hymen missing with a left hand there. Aventador was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. A jab from Hymen does it's job there. Hymen throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Hymen takes a step backwards and waves Aventador back to his feet - he wants the finish!

That was a close round but I would say that Buster Hymen will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
