0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Cletus Kasady! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kasady misses with a takedown attempt - Titan sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Kasady doesn't succeed with the takedown enabling Titan to counter with a crisp jab. Titan catches Kasady with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Excellent takedown into side control there by Kasady. Titan is not content to let Kasady control the position. Titan on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Titan tries to get out of the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. You can see the frustration on Titan's face as Kasady controls the position.

The fighters are pinned against the cage. Titan manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Kasady throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Titan's waist but Titan gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kasady off to one side. Titan leaves Kasady with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Tommy Titan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Kasady misses with a takedown attempt and Titan counters with a left to the body. Titan misses with a straight right.

Kasady shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Titan sprawls well. Titan wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kasady gets slowly back to his feet. Kasady tries to score a power double leg takedown but Titan sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kasady somewhat. Kasady with a lazy takedown attempt and Titan counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Kasady thinking. Titan is looking to wear down Kasady with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Titan lands with a good body shot. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Titan misses the shot to the body. Kasady dives in and scores a takedown into Titan's guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Kasady looking to sit in guard and control but Titan gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wagner throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Pirate's waist but Pirate gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wagner off to one side. Donald Wagner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Wagner throws a body kick that misses. Pirate plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! A good leg kick by Pirate. Pirate throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Pirate scoring well with a low kick there.
Wagner has his takedown stuffed and Pirate counters with a straight right hand.
Wagner is rocked! Pirate is looking to slow Wagner down with leg kicks. Pirate lands with a kick to the temple. Wagner shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Wagner is still on wobbly legs! Can Pirate finish him? Wagner doesn't succeed with the takedown and Pirate counters with a stiff right hand. The Pirate has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Donald Wagner. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Wagner shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Wagner seems to have recovered his senses. Wagner throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Pirate feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Wagner's calf.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pirate lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. The Pirate is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Pirate fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Pirate feints and then cracks Wagner's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Wagner down. Good leg kick by Pirate there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Pirate is looking to slow Wagner down with leg kicks. Wagner has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Pirate. Wagner shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Pirate pinned against the cage. Pirate gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Wagner throws a head kick that misses and Pirate counters with a low kick, right behind Wagner 's knee. Pirate connects with a high kick. Wagner has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Wagner on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Pirate. Pirate obviously looking to wear him down.
A head kick by Wagner misses and Pirate counters with a nice leg kick. This has been an exciting period of action! Wagner misses with a takedown attempt and Pirate counters with a slapping leg kick. Wagner closes this distance looking for a takedown but Pirate circles away. Pirate keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wagner darts in looking for a takedown but Pirate gets double underhooks and turns Wagner into the cage. Wagner looks winded! Wagner jumps guard but Pirate turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Pirate manages to break the clinch.
Pirate lands a big head kick that sends Wagner tumbling to the mat! Pirate takes a step backwards and waves Wagner back to his feet - he wants the finish! Wagner misses with a shot to the body and Pirate counters with a good, hard body kick but Wagner shrugs it off. Pirate throws a front kick that sends Wagner stumbling back into the cage. That kick from Pirate tenderised Wagner's leg. Wagner is trying to keep his angry face on. A nice inside leg kick there by Pirate. That's going to slow Wagner down. Pirate scoring well with a low kick there.
Pirate stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Wagner gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Pirate points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Wagner wakes up just in time to hear Pirate thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). The Pirate! After winning the bout, The Pirate thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

Villa is trying to break the clinch but Besic has him pressed against the cage. Besic works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Villa wants to sweep but no luck. Besic throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Villa is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Besic is controlling him. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Besic's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Besic throwing strikes from guard but Villa blocks nicely. Besic with a flurry of punches that miss. Besic fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Villa sprawls well initially but Besic persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Besic throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Villa wants to get back to his feet. Besic thows a huge punch but Villa dodges it nicely.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hauser throws the kick towards the body but Mayor avoids it. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Hauser lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Mayor has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Mayor and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Hauser ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Mayor moves away. A slow jab from Mayor misses its intended target. Mayor thows a left - swing and a miss! Hauser misses the body punch and Mayor counters with a nice body shot. Good work by Mayor as he checks the leg kick. Mayor scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Hauser takes one to the chin there. Hauser throws a low kick, looking for Mayor's leg but Mayor calmly moves out of range. Mayor scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Hauser is trying to maintain the position but Mayor is very close to passing his half guard. Mayor wants to take a breather but Hauser is having none of it. Mayor looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Mayor trying to control the action but Hauser is working from the bottom.

That was a close round but I would say that Felix Mayor will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Romanovich manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Mcfacepunch sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Romanovich's guard. Mcfacepunch works his foot free and advances to mount. Mcfacepunch has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Romanovich's face.
