The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lopez looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Lopez throws a front kick aimed at Howlett's knee but Howlett avoids it well.

Lopez shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Howlett pinned against the cage. Howlett gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Dick looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sacamano is fending him off so far but Dick persists. Nope, Sacamano circles away and we're back to standing.

Sacamano throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Dick stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Dick shoots in and bounces Sacamano off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sacamano wants to sweep here but Dick controlling him for the moment.

Dick drops back, looking for a kneebar! Sacamano looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Sacamano looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Sacamano!

Sacamano wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dick keeps working.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Sacamano is trying to control the position here. Dick has hold of a guillotine from the top though... oh, that looks naaaaasty, will Sacamano tap? Yes he will! The fight is all over! Dick jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd.

With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Duke Nukem!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nukem slips a jab from Winnfield.
Winnfield jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Nukem tries to score a power double leg takedown but Winnfield sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Nukem somewhat.
We've been told by Winnfield's head coaches at LOD: Top Team that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Winnfield throws a body punch but Nukem moves out of range.
Nukem tries for a takedown but Winnfield circles away easily
and Winnfield counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Nukem shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Winnfield pinned against the cage. Winnfield gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Jules Winnfield has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Duke Nukem.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Nukem is defended easily by Winnfield.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Nukem trying to control the position from guard on top but Winnfield is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Winnfield wants to sweep here but Nukem controlling him for the moment.
Winnfield wants to stand and escape but Nukem is having none of it.
Nukem passes into half guard.

Nukem is working for a kimura from half guard. He's really concentrating on the hold and it's allowed Winnfield to slip a leg under and get back to full guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Winnfield wants to get back to his feet but Nukem is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Nukem trying to control but Winnfield is working from the bottom.
Nukem might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Winnfield haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Nukem passes into half guard.

Nukem is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Winnfield is just riding it out for now. Nukem eventually gives up the hold.

Winnfield holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Winnfield is trying to control but can't.
Nukem is looking to stall here but Winnfield recovers full guard.

Nukem passes Winnfield's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Winnfield uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Nukem.
Horrible takedown attempt by Nukem or perhaps it was just good defense by Winnfield, which made it look bad.

Nukem shoots for a takedown but Winnfield saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Nukem throws a hook to the side of Winnfield's head but Winnfield sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Winnfield swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Nukem.
Nukem misses with an attempted mid kick.
Winnfield walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Nukem drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Winnfield swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Nukem's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
