The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Locke connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

It looks like Shia Locke has been cut.
Cortega keeps control of Locke as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Cortega bounces back off the cage towards Locke, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Locke lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Locke celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Neeson tries for a takedown but Hardy circles away easily
and Hardy cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like Liam Neeson has been cut.
Hardy does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Neeson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Hardy swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Neeson.
Neeson uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hardy.
Neeson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Hardy.

Hardy shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Neeson manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Hardy lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Neeson wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Hardy manages to pass to side control.

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Tennant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pekka Kaukalo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kaukalo is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Anna rakas raju hetki. David Tennant had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 266.3lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Bannon pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Ishikawa taps out and this one is all over!

Sasiprapa has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Salabim - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Sasiprapa, and another! Salabim is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!
