Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Abi Bala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henry Lampard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these fighters had to take extra time to make weight as they missed the initial 155lb limit. Abi Bala came in at 157.6 and Henry Lampard came in at 157.5 but after the extra two hours, both guys managed to get within the one pound allowance. No doubt it will have affected them physically though, so let's see if that has an impact on the fight. Henry Lampard told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Foca fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Lynch has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Foca slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

BOOM! Foca lands a beautiful left hook that drops Lynch. Lynch tries to recover but Foca is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Lynch lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
