The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Silva closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.

Rojas reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Rojas taps out! Nice BJJ there by Silva!

Undercard bout

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Abi Bala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henry Lampard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these fighters had to take extra time to make weight as they missed the initial 155lb limit. Abi Bala came in at 157.6 and Henry Lampard came in at 157.5 but after the extra two hours, both guys managed to get within the one pound allowance. No doubt it will have affected them physically though, so let's see if that has an impact on the fight. Henry Lampard told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Bala dives in for a single leg takedown but Lampard sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the ropes.
