Gaius Octavius was interviewed post fight and said 'It is all good. next time I will come out more prepared and bring more than 100% I will most likely bring out 1,000,000% of all I got and will come out with the victory instead of the loss I took'.

Abdulrahim anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Bapu and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Abdulrahim slips an arm under Bapu chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Abdulrahim has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Abdulrahim is squeezing on Bapu like an anaconda would it's prey. Bapu fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McCarthy lands a big right hand that sends Junior crashing to the mat! McCarthy stays standing though and waves Junior back to his feet!

It looks like Mario Junior has been cut.
Junior looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

McCarthy drops Junior with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Junior looks back up at him and smiles so McCarthy waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Junior leaves his chin hanging out and McCarthy seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Junior crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
