5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Alex Suzano! The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Leandro Rodrigues and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Khan takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Suzano throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Khan sees it coming and avoids it easily. Suzano shoots in but Khan avoids the takedown attempt easily. Suzano fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Suzano lands a left and a right that sends Khan crashing to the canvas! Suzano dives into mount looking to finish!
Khan is rocked!
It looks like Gengis Khan has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Suzano content just to control the position here. Oh Khan is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Suzano loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Khan scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Suzano land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Suzano stands and salutes the crowd.

Capablanca gets slowly back to his feet. A jab-cross combination lands for Sullivan and sends Capablanca crashing to the mat! Sullivan follows him down to the mat - Capablanca regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
Capablanca is rocked! Sullivan lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Capablanca quite badly. Capablanca pulls Sullivan in close trying to recover. Sullivan postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Capablanca on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Capablanca doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Insano walks into a stiff left hand from Gomes. Gomes rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Insano moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Gomes throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Insano. Gomes misses with a jab, cross combination.
Gomes takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Jeff Gomes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gomes on the wrong end of a nice hook. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Gomes takes one to the chin there. Insano showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Gomes.
Gomes looks gassed! Insano drops his shoulder and cracks Gomes with a huge uppercut! Gomes goes down! Can Insano finish him?
Insano gets to his feet - Gomes follows without any prompting. Insano steps into range and cracks Gomes with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Gomes flops backwards and Insano dives into his guard looking to finish!
Gomes is rocked! Insano decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Gomes, up you get! Insano drops Gomes with a big left hand and mounts him. Gomes is in big trouble! Gomes is still in real trouble! Can Insano finish him? Insano controlling the pace for now. Gomes seems to have recovered his senses. Insano is standing up, even though he is in mount. A big head kick from Insano and Gomes is sent sprawling to the canvas!
That's one minute gone in the round. Insano sitting in guard, not really doing much. Insano gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Gomes looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Gomes moves forwards but Insano connects with a nice, crisp jab. Insano connects with a right hand. Gomes shakes it off. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gomes walks straight into a right hand from Insano - that's dropped him! Insano jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Gomes from any more punishment! Gomes complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

He obviously fancies his chances standing. Ismail throws a right and a left that Azzolini avoids nicely. Ismail clinches. Ismail fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Azzolini did well to prevent Ismail getting side control. Ismail decides to return to a standing position. Azzolini looks to score with a jab to the body but Ismail is just out of range. Ismail shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Azzolini napping and manages to drive through into side control! Azzolini gets back to half guard. Ismail stops Azzolini from getting back to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Ismail gets the takedown into side control. Ismail has hold of Azzolini 's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Azzolini tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Ismail cranks the arm and Azzolini screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Azzolini , who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silvah shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Silvah controlling the action here. Silvah works his foot free and advances to mount. Silvah can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Crowly is looking to escape. Crowly bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Crowly stopping the sweep attempt from Silvah.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crowly sitting in guard, not really doing much. Silvah is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Silvah is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Silvah is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Crowly is squirming around, avoiding Silvah's attempts to control the action. Crowly wants to control but Silvah is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Silvah controlling the position easily from mount. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Crowly tries to reverse the position but Silvah maintains control. Silvah looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Crowly is looking to improve his position but Silvah isn't that keen on the idea. Silvah wants to control the pace but Crowly is squirming around nicely. Silvah working for a submission but Crowly is keeping him at bay.

Silvah throws a looping overhand right but Crowly ducks down to avoid it. The fight stays on the outside here - Silvah looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Crowly lands a jab to the nose. Silvah throws a head kick that misses. Crowly lands a head shot. Crowly scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Hua Silvah will probably get the nod. That's time! Crowly's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Silvah scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. A slow jab from Crowly misses its intended target. Crowly looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Silvah is looking to land body kicks. Silvah feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Crowly throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Silvah must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Crowly looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Crowly escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Silvah gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Silvah forces his way into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Silvah in particular looking to stall. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Silvah's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Silvah got a little sloppy there for a moment and Crowly has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Silvah has managed to get both his arms back between Crowly's legs - danger averted. Crowly wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Silvah is now in half guard.

Silvah ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Silvah changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Crowly looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Silvah decides to stand back up. Silvah steps back and let's Crowly get back to his feet. Crowly scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Crowly throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Silvah sees it coming and avoids it easily. Silvah looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Crowly! Crowly tries to get back to half guard but can't. Silvah is landing with some decent strikes but Crowly is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Silvah takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Crowly wants to hold on but Silvah pushes him away. Silvah content just to control the position here. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Krukiov escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. That was a close second round but I would say that Jack LeBalls will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
