The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've been hearing reports that Cloltran has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Washington fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Cloltran.
Washington looks to land a left hand but Cloltran moved out of range nicely.

Samuel Washington seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Washington feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

It looks like Samuel Washington has been cut.
Cloltran cracks Washington with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Cloltran immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Washington is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Cloltran!
