0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, The Wrestler! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Jorge Garcia and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McGregor gets caught napping as Wrestler dives in and scores a takedown. McGregor manages to retain guard. McGregor looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Wrestler stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McGregor swivels though and keeps the full guard. Wrestler sitting in guard, not really doing much. McGregor definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Wrestler's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Wrestler must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. It looks like Wrestler might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wrestler is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's one minute gone in the round. McGregor wants to get back to his feet but Wrestler is in a dominant position and won't allow it. McGregor had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Wrestler defends it easily. Wrestler is looking to stand up but McGregor won't let him.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. A momentary lapse in concentration from McGregor enables Wrestler to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. McGregor manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Wrestler throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as McGregor works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Wrestler's corner is telling him to maintain position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wrestler postures up.
McGregor might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. McGregor keeping full guard, as Wrestler tries to pass. Wrestler throwing strikes but missing. Wrestler controlling from the top position. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Wrestler pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. McGregor is keeping the position for now.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wrestler is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in McGregor's half guard. Wrestler is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wrestler tries to stand but his arm is trapped. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Wrestler working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. More stalling from Wrestler. Wrestler is looking to advance position but McGregor won't allow it.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Wrestler looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Wrestler is looking for a kimura here.

The Wrestler dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Wrestler shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches McGregor napping and manages to drive through into side control! Wrestler taking a breather here. Wrestler has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Wrestler wants to lay and pray for a moment but McGregor keeps working. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wrestler tries to move into full mount but can't pass McGregor's legs.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Wrestler in side control lands a decent elbow. Wrestler works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. The referee asks Wrestler politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Wrestler prefers to stall for the moment though. Wrestler really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McGregor. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Wrestler is looking to take a break and control but McGregor is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. McGregor prevents Wrestler from moving into mount. Wrestler working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wrestler tries to move into full mount but can't pass McGregor's legs. McGregor is not content to let Wrestler control the position.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Wrestler shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Wrestler content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wrestler thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed McGregor's head. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Wrestler wants to stand up but McGregor is controlling the position.

The Wrestler showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Wrestler closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Wrestler lands in his opponent's guard. McGregor is working an open guard so Wrestler takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Wrestler closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Wrestler postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
McGregor is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Wrestler stands up. Both fighters are breathing heavily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wrestler scores with a takedown into McGregor's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wrestler trying to control but McGregor is working from the bottom. Wrestler controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Wrestler is working McGregor over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Wrestler looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Wrestler tries to free his leg and advance position but McGregor is retaining full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Wrestler's corner is telling him to maintain position. Wrestler trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Wrestler not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Wrestler scores with a takedown into McGregor's guard. Wrestler passes McGregor's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Wrestler in particular looking to stall. Wrestler is pressing down on McGregor's thigh, looking to free his foot. McGregor is holding on for now.

McGregor is rocked! Wrestler stands up and waves to McGregor to follow him. Philip McGregor is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Wrestler fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging McGregor to the ground. Wrestler is now in McGregor's guard. Oh McGregor is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Wrestler controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Wrestler advances position into side control! Wrestler is trying to get an arm triangle but McGregor is defending well. Wrestler scores with punches from side control. Wrestler in side control, just content to control the action for now. Wrestler cracks McGregor with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Wrestler immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! McGregor is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Wrestler!

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Reyaldo Ramon! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Joseph Jones and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ramon takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Ramon is looking to clinch but Kurgan is avoiding it.
Ramon tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kurgan swats him away and circles back towards the center. Reyaldo Ramon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kurgan scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Kurgan ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Ramon looks winded! Kurgan lands a jab to Ramon's midsection. Kurgan lands with a right hand. Ramon tries to clinch and Kurgan counters with a stiff jab, followed by a cross and an uppercut! That's too much punishment for Ramon to take - he tumbles to the canvas, blood pouring from his nose, barely conscious. That's the end of the fight! Great knockout by Kurgan!

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Burton Guster! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Reed Andrews and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Guster lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Isayev takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Guster tests Isayev's chin there with a solid looking shot. Isayev definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Guster lands a body shot.
Isayev ducks right into an uppercut from Guster. Guster clinches with his opponent.
Guster unloads a knee to the mid-section. Isayev lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Guster digs a right hand underneath Isayev's ribcage. Isayev let out a lung full of air as it connected. Isayev is breathing heavily. Guster lands with a short shot to the head. Guster putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Isayev in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Guster landing some nice looking knees to the body.

Guster lands a left hand.
Guster makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Guster unloads a knee to the mid-section. Guster works on Isayev's body with a couple of short punches. Guster working some nice short punches in the clinch. Guster works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Isayev is rocked! Knees in the clinch landing for Guster.
Oh Isayev is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Guster with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Knees in the clinch landing for Guster.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pendleton misses with a few strikes there.
Buck avoids a punch combination nicely.
Buck doesn't manage to clinch there - Pendleton circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Buck looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Pendleton on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Pendleton looks to land a combination but Buck avoids it well. Buck throws a nice inside leg kick. Pendleton throws the left hand but Buck avoids the punch easily. Pendleton misses with a hook. Buck ducked under it nicely. Buck connects with a high kick. Pendleton connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Pendleton on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Buck clinches up against the cage. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Pendleton is trying to push Buck away but Buck has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Buck has picked Pendleton up - he's going for a ride! Buck dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Buck throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Buck looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Buck is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Pendleton is just riding it out for now. Buck eventually gives up the hold.

Pendleton knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Buck on the ground. Buck sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Pendleton defending well though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Buck stops Pendleton from getting back to his feet.
Pendleton keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Buck sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Pendleton defending well though. Buck passes the guard and advances to mount! Pendleton wants to control but Buck is having none of it. Pendleton is bucking up trying to escape but Buck cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Buck thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Pendleton is trying to stand. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Pendleton is rocked! Oooh a big shot lands for Buck! Pendleton is out! The ref dives in to save him from more punishment!

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Boof Bitzer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bitzer comes to the cage accompanied by Irigy Hónaljmirigy - Rúgj Chuck Norris (Chuck Norris parody by Hungarians). Boof Bitzer had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 186.8lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Boof Bitzer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bobby Scott! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Columbo Gatti and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Scott lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Bitzer tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Scott paws at him with a jab and circles away. Bitzer shoots for a takedown but Scott saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Scott scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Scott drops Bitzer with a beautiful combination! Bitzer stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Scott is looking for the KO!
It looks like Boof Bitzer has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Scott moves into the clinch. Scott lands a left hand.
Scott breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Bitzer throws a wild body kick that Scott sees coming a mile off. Bitzer fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Bitzer has a takedown stuffed. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Boof Bitzer. That's going to take a lot out of him. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Scott, as that shot connected.
Bitzer shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Scott as he avoids it easily. Scott circles away from the clinch attempt.
Scott has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Bitzer slips a jab and a cross from Scott.
Bitzer tries to close the distance and clinch but Scott swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Bitzer gets tackled into the cage by Scott. Scott maintains the clinch. Bitzer tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Scott just stands there and leans against the cage. Bitzer looking for a takedown.
That's one minute gone in the round. Scott lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Scott presses Bitzer against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Bitzer is breathing heavily. Bitzer's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Scott is pressed up against the cage. Bitzer has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Scott down to the mat. Scott avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Bitzer takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. A clash of legs there as Bitzer blocks the low kick. Bitzer looks to clinch and Scott counters by clinching up. Scott breaks from the clinch.
Scott lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Scott. Scott feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Bitzer sprawling to the canvas! Bitzer rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Scott finish him?!
Bitzer is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Scott has taken the fight to the clinch.
Oh Bitzer is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Scott breaks the clinch.
Scott cracks a nice hook into Bitzer's ribs. Scott lands a nice hook to Bitzer's body. Bitzer takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Scott wobbles Bitzer with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Scott dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Bitzer to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Bobby Scott! An intense looking Bobby Scott took to the microphone post fight and gave a little speech: 'If a man don't drink, don't smoke or don't gamble; that ain't a man I can trust. So if I can't trust ya, there ain't nothing left to do except smash your face...and that's just what happened tonight.'. Boof Bitzer spoke after the fight, saying 'yah can't win 'em all'.

Spliff fails in his attempt to clinch. Gracie tries to score a power double leg takedown but Spliff sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Gracie somewhat. Mustaffa Spliff has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Royler Gracie. Gracie shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Spliff sprawls well. Spliff wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Gracie gets slowly back to his feet. Gracie is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Gracie darts in looking for a takedown but Spliff gets double underhooks and turns Gracie into the cage. He's almost out here... but no, Gracie gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Gracie working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Gracie is looking to take a break and control but Spliff is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Spliff is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Gracie asserts his dominance and retains side control.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stamatis dips to his left and cracks Tarnowski with an uppercut! Stamatis takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Stamatis avoids a punch combination nicely.
Tarnowski decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Tarnowski not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Tarnowski tries to pass the half guard into mount. Stamatis knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Stamatis trying to control but Tarnowski postures up.

Tarnowski uses his free foot to push down on Stamatis's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Stamatis. Stamatis keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Tarnowski has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Tarnowski cracks Stamatis with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Michal Tarnowski is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Stamatis doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Stamatis tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Stamatis throws a nice outside leg kick. Stamatis on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Tarnowski connects with a good right hand that stumbles Stamatis. Stamatis circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Stamatis takes a shot right to the bread basket. Stamatis throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
