The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbosa bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps The Destroyer 's head backwards.

It looks like Dominick The Destroyer has been cut.

Barbosa lands a big right hand that sends The Destroyer crashing to the mat! Barbosa stays standing though and waves The Destroyer back to his feet!

The Destroyer is rocked!
The Destroyer defending well as Barbosa loads up on a big left hand.
Oh The Destroyer is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fighters circling - Barbosa throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
The Destroyer throws a counter high kick but Barbosa was just alert enough to avoid it.
Barbosa throws the kick towards the body but The Destroyer avoids it.
The Destroyer was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Barbosa's coach down at LOD: Lightning Kicks was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Barbosa's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Barbosa pulls out of a head kick attempt.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Barbosa cracks The Destroyer with a hook to the temple - The Destroyer is on wobbly legs here! Barbosa swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! The Destroyer falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Barbosa wins by TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Frank Barbosa!
A very excited looking Frank Barbosa made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
