Heartman fails with the takedown. Creed lands a left and a right that send Heartman crashing to the mat, dazed. Creed thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Creed fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Heartman to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Heartman looks to clinch but Creed throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! It looks like Max Bravo has been cut. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A big shot lands for Cruz! That's hurt Bravo! Will he recover? The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Alessio closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Alessio tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Smalls wants to control but Alessio postures up. Smalls is not content to let Alessio control the position. Alessio in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Alessio scoring with punches from side control. Smalls is looking for a sweep. Alessio has hold of Smalls's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Smalls tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Alessio cranks the arm and Smalls screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Smalls, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Michaels has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Pain finds it's way round the side to connect with Michaels's head. Michaels connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Pain tries to bum rush Michaels with a series of wild strikes but Michaels uses good footwork to avoid the assault. A slow jab from Pain misses its intended target. Pain feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Pain distracts Michaels with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Pain wants to control from the top but Michaels keeps moving. Michaels had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Pain defends it easily. Pain is looking to work some ground and pound but Michaels has wrist control. Pain prevents Michaels from getting back to his feet. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Michaels is on top in guard.

Michaels looks to clinch and Michaels takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Pain throws a shot from downtown. Michaels moves away and avoids it. Pain misses with a straight left. Pain swings away with a body shot that misses
and Michaels makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Michaels avoids the body shot from Pain.
Pain connects with a crisp jab. Max Pain is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Jab by Pain. Michaels dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Pain. That did some damage! Pain lands an overhand right.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Shawn Michaels. Well Pain has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tonal connects with a looping right hand.
Rudy Fernandez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fernandez takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Tonal showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Fernandez.
Fernandez shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Tonal lands a left and a right that send Fernandez crashing to the mat, dazed. Tonal thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Rudy Fernandez has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Fernandez drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Fernandez trying to control but Tonal is working from the bottom. Tonal is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Fernandez is controlling him. Fernandez drops back, looking for a kneebar! Tonal looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Tonal looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Tonal! Tonal advances to full mount. Fernandez is wriggling around trying to escape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tonal looking to control and managing it successfully. Fernandez really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Tonal can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Fernandez is looking to escape. Fernandez tries to hold on but Tonal pushes him away. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Fernandez working to try and regain half guard.
Tonal controlling his opponent. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Fernandez really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Fernandez might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tonal can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Fernandez is looking to escape. Tonal looking to control and managing it successfully. Fernandez is trying desperately to improve position. Tonal content just to control the position here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Despite being in the dominant position, Jeremy Tonal just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Tonal circles away from the clinch attempt.
Fernandez tries for a takedown but Tonal sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Jeremy Tonal is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Tonal lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Fernandez shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Tonal defends it nicely. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rudy Fernandez. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fernandez shoots in but Tonal avoids the takedown attempt easily. Fernandez is breathing heavily. Fernandez misses with a straight left. Fernandez shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tonal pinned against the cage. Tonal gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Tonal comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tonal drops Fernandez with a beautiful combination! Fernandez stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Tonal is looking for the KO!
Fernandez is rocked! Tonal lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Fernandez - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Tonal!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fenix will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Newman keeps the fight on the outside. Fenix throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Fenix's corner calls for a 1-2. Fenix obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Newman ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Newman lands with a shot to the body. Fenix looks gassed! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Newman is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Fenix. Jab from Newman. Fenix slips under a jab. Newman misses with a looping right. Newman with a jab. Fenix uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Newman. Fenix fails to land with a series of punches.
Newman slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Newman drops Fenix with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Fenix looks back up at him and smiles so Newman waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Fenix is rocked! Newman misses the jab. Fenix looks up at the clock. Bad move! Newman lands a right hand from hell, dropping Fenix. Newman pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yudovich scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. A clash of legs there as Yudovich blocks the low kick. Yudovich tests Stroud's chin there with a solid looking shot. Stroud throws a right hand that Yudovich ducks under and follows up with a left that Yudovich also avoids with ease. Yudovich jabs at Stroud's body. No luck for Yudovich with that takedown attempt. Stroud misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
An inside leg kick lands from Yudovich. Yudovich with a body punch. A glancing blow. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Yudovich fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Stroud throws a sloppy body shot
and Yudovich counters with a thumping low kick. Stroud looks gassed! Yudovich uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Stroud has time to react.
Stroud is rocked! Yudovich cracks Stroud with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Stroud falls to his knees and Yudovich doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
