The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aristotelis tries to clinch there but Powers circles away.

It looks like Zeke Powers has been cut. Aristotelis doesn't manage to clinch there - Powers circles away.
Aristotelis tries to clinch but fails miserably and Powers counters with a shoot takedown. Aristotelis fights it but they end up in guard. Powers in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Powers missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Aristotelis is pulling down on Powers's head. It's preventing any offense from Powers, at least for the moment. Aristotelis stands up from Powers's guard - Aristotelis perhaps looking for a knockout. Aristotelis gets in close and instigates a clinch. Powers pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Powers is trying to force a seperation but Aristotelis has the dominant position. Aristotelis really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Powers tries to throw a body punch but Aristotelis avoids it by throwing Powers back against the cage.

Aristotelis definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Aristotelis is pushing Powers up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Powers throws a knee to the head but misses.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gaunov with a lazy takedown attempt enabling Hovimaki to counter with a crisp jab. Gaunov shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Hovimaki counters with a lovely shot to the body. Gaunov doesn't succeed with the takedown and Hovimaki counters with a nice uppercut. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kantemir Gaunov. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gaunov with a lazy takedown attempt and Hovimaki counters with a lovely straight right hand! Gaunov has his takedown stuffed and Hovimaki counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Gaunov thinking. Gaunov shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Hovimaki connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mikko Hovimaki is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Gaunov shoots for a takedown but Hovimaki saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Gaunov misses with a takedown attempt and Hovimaki counters with a lovely straight right hand! Good shot there by Hovimaki. Hovimaki's jab looks to have found its range, popping Gaunov under the eye. Nice uppercut there from Hovimaki. Gaunov shoots and misses enabling Hovimaki to counter with a crisp jab. Hovimaki changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Hovimaki comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Hovimaki has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Gaunov tries for a takedown but Hovimaki circles away easily and Gaunov takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

That's two minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Hovimaki circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Gaunov tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Hovimaki wins by KO!

Mikko Hovimaki decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Donnelly throws out a loose jab but Lopez uses good head movement to avoid it. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Lopez has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Lopez fails to land the takedown. Donnelly throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Lopez stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Donnelly darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Lopez misses with a looping left. Lopez throws a body punch but Donnelly moves out of range. Lopez defending well as Donnelly loads up on a big left hand. Lopez uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Donnelly. Donnelly throws an overhand right that lands on Lopez's shoulder, as Lopez tries to avoid the shot. Donnelly misses with a straight left. Donnelly checks a low kick from Lopez. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lopez shoots in but no luck this time. The fighters circling - Lopez throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Donnelly connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Donnelly throws a jab but it's blocked by Lopez. Lopez bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Donnelly slaps away a takedown attempt from Lopez, before circling back to the center of the mat. Donnelly throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

That was a close second round but I would say that Brian Donnelly will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Donnelly has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Donnelly and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Donnelly swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Lopez waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Donnelly. Lopez lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Donnelly throws a hook but Lopez avoids it easily. Donnelly blocks a low kick nicely. Good shot there by Donnelly. Donnelly moves out of range of the body kick from Lopez.

Donnelly connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. This has been an exciting period of action! Lopez does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Donnelly scores with a jab to the body. Lopez takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Lopez misses with a low kick.

Donnelly lands a big uppercut and Lopez crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Lopez looks OK. Donnelly waves Lopez back to his feet! Lopez is still on wobbly legs! Can Donnelly finish him? Lopez throws a body shot but no joy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Donnelly lands a jab to Lopez's midsection. Donnelly tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Lopez seems to have recovered his senses. Donnelly drops Lopez with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Lopez looks back up at him and smiles so Donnelly waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Lopez doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Lopez thows a left - swing and a miss! Lopez misses with a body kick. Donnelly just misses with a punch to the body.
Lopez throws a push kick but Donnelly slaps the foot to one side. Lopez misses with a head kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Donnelly misses with a body shot.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Matthews takes one on the button. Matthews misses with a right hand and Lee counters with an inside leg kick. Matthews looks to land a right hand but Lee moved out of range. Lee tries to clinch but Matthews moves out of range. Matthews throws a leg kick that is checked and Lee connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Matthews misses with a straight right. Lee has Matthews up against the cage in a clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Matthews is trying to drag Lee to the mat but Lee just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Lee misses with a shot to the kidneys.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lee keeping moving, preventing Matthews from controlling successfully. Matthews looking to sit in guard and control but Lee gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Matthews wants to sweep here but Lee controlling him for the moment. Lee is controlling Matthews's posture. Matthews keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Lee's head. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Matthews throws an elbow that misses. Lee uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Matthews's guard. Nice move by Lee!

Lee is rocked! Lee switches off momentarily and Matthews cracks him with a monster right hand! Lee topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Matthews dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Matthews!

He must have been working on that in the gym. Nukem shoots in for a takedown but Pykrete shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Pykrete drives through with a takedown into Nukem's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Nukem working for a triangle but Pykrete defends it easily.

He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but The Rapper is unloading with more strikes now! Sacamano drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
