The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Oooooh!!! Furingi has knocked South down with a huge combo! Furingi steps away and waves a wobbly South back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Tommy South has been cut.

Furingi feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends South sprawling to the canvas! South rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Furingi finish him?!

South is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
South is looking to land body kicks.
A little feinted left hand from Furingi on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
South is still on wobbly legs! Can Furingi finish him?
South ducks into an uppercut from Furingi and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!

After the fight, Hayato Furingi was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Stamatis cracks Gracie with an uppercut from hell and Gracie crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Stamatis's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Stamatis lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Gracie quite badly. Gracie pulls Stamatis in close trying to recover. Stamatis postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Gracie on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Gracie doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
