Poor timing from Smith. Legorious is looking for a counter combo. Legorious takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Legorious thinks about countering with a head kick. Smith ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Legorious moves away. Legorious looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit. Smith throws a right hand that Legorious ducks under and follows up with a left that Legorious also avoids with ease. Legorious is looking to counter with a body kick. Smith thuds a left hand into Legorious's body. Smith slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Smith drops Legorious with a beautiful combination! Legorious stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Smith is looking for the KO!
![](https://www.mmatycoon.com/images/fight/rocked2.gif) Legorious is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Smith will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Legorious appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick. Oh Legorious is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! BOOM! Smith lands a beautiful left hook that drops Legorious. Legorious tries to recover but Smith is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Legorious lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Karl Smith!

Pondingham is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Witczak pulls him back up using the underhooks. Pondingham is working for takedown but Witczak is calmly controlling the position for now. My spies in The Fortress inform me that Pondingham has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends! Pondingham working away. Pondingham in side control, throwing shots but Witczak defends. Witczak pushes Pondingham away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Pondingham gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Witczak is looking for a sweep. An elbow from Pondingham crashes against the mat.

Zdzislaw Witczak dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Witczak looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pondingham is working Witczak over with some ground and pound from side control. Pondingham working the head with strikes. Pondingham scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Witczak to see if he's OK. Pondingham throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Pondingham lands a nice forearm strike. You can see the frustration on Witczak's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

and Witczak cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Witczak fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Pondingham takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Pondingham looking for a takedown here - he's got it. This has been an exciting period of action! Pondingham throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. And that's the end of the fight! Douglas Pondingham comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Pondingham has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

BT definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. BT misses with a straight left. BT fails to land with a series of punches.
Speight misses with a two punch combination.
BT shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Speight counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. BT misses with a hook. Speight ducked under it nicely. Speight is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. A telegraphed takedown attempt from BT is defended easily by Speight. BT sets himself, and Speight steps forward looking for the clinch! BT avoids it this time. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Speight breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
BT shoots for a takedown but Speight saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Glynn BT. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Speight has BT pressed against the cage, preventing BT from circling away and getting back to striking at range. BT tries to pull guard but Speight holds him up against the cage and eventually BT drops back down to his feet.

BT on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. BT takes one on the button. BT shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Speight but Speight pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Speight breaks the clinch.
BT shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Speight defends it nicely. A nice side step and Speight releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Speight throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent BT stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

and Speight holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Speight has BT pressed against the cage, preventing BT from circling away and getting back to striking at range. BT wants to take the fight to the mat but Speight manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. BT tries to pull guard but Speight holds him up against the cage and eventually BT drops back down to his feet.
BT can't find room to land a body shot as Speight controls the action.

BT takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
BT drives through with a takedown into guard. Speight wants to get back to his feet but BT passes into half guard.

David Speight dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
BT tries to score a power double leg takedown but Speight sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten BT somewhat. Speight doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. BT misses with a hook. Speight falls off balance throwing a combination
and BT counters with a shoot takedown. Speight fights it but they end up in guard. Speight is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. BT wants to pass the guard but Speight is keeping the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. BT trying to control the position from guard on top but Speight is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Speight has been the more effective fighter overall so far. BT engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

BT jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Speight walks away with a smile on his face. BT gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Speight leaves BT with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Speight throws out a counter right but BT avoids it with no problem. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Glynn BT. That's going to take a lot out of him.

BT shoots for a takedown but Speight saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. BT shoots in for a takedown but Speight shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Speight now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Glynn BT is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Speight ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Speight ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Speight connects with a single shot there.

BT shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Speight sprawls well. Speight wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. BT gets slowly back to his feet.

BT blinks but takes it well. Speight feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits BTs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! BT shoots and misses and Speight makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Speight will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Nice takedown defense from Speight. No joy for BT on that attempt. BT gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Speight makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. A head kick misses from BT. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
David Speight showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Speight tries to avoid it but BT manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Speight to the ground. Speight escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. BT takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

We've been told by Eldars's head coaches at Quick Fingers BEST BANG FOR BUCK Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Tyler scores with a head kick.

Eldars swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Tyler tries a head kick but it misses.
Tyler throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Tyler staying out of range there. Despite the aggression on Tyler's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Tyler has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Eldars throws a jab when Tyler was well out of range. Tyler avoids the body shot from Eldars.

Tyler uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Eldars. Tyler throws a right hand that Eldars ducks under and follows up with a left that Eldars also avoids with ease. Eldars is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Tyler connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Eldars's hands. Tyler misses with a series of wild punches.
Eldars was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Eldars slips a jab and a cross from Tyler.
Tyler tries to land a front kick but Eldars steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Sloppy strikes from Tyler. Those never looked like landing. Tyler throws a body punch but Eldars moves out of range. Eldars drops down looking for a counter takedown but Tyler sprawls and moves away. Tyler fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Tyler, right into the meat.
A big right from Eldars misses. Tyler throws a right and a left that Eldars avoids nicely. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Eldars cracks Tyler with an open hand slap. Tyler buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Tyler throws a sloppy head kick and Eldars moves out of range easily. Tyler will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Tags closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. McRoberts might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Tags controlling the position from side mount. That was a close round but I would say that Josh McRoberts will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Gummidge scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lee. Brian Gummidge has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Thomas Lee. Lee dives in for a single leg takedown but Gummidge sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Gummidge has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Scrapyard in the buildup to the fight. Lee fails with a takedown attempt. Nice shot by Gummidge. That was a close second round but I would say that Brian Gummidge will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
