The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nice straight punches there by McGarrity. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of McGarrity.
Salas is trying hard to land a takedown here. McGarrity sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

McGarrity throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

McGarrity cracks Salas with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Salas looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can McGarrity finish him?

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McGarrity darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Salas 's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles McGarrity before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.

amoussou changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Junior tries to avoid it but amoussou manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Junior to the ground. Junior escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
karl amoussou seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Junior rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but amoussou moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Kernspecht wants the takedown. Off is fighting it off but Kernspecht persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Off's guard against the cage.
