0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dale Dobeck! The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Hugh Johnson and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jax looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dobeck is fending him off so far but Jax persists. Nope, Dobeck circles away and we're back to standing. Jax shoots for a takedown but Dobeck saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Jax closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Dobeck is trying to control Jax's posture but Jax avoids it. Jax misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Jax is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Dobeck knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Jax throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Jax is staying tight to Dobeck's torso, preventing him from escaping. Jax laying and praying for a moment but Dobeck takes advantage and regains half guard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice sprawl there from Alvarez as Kjick shoots in. Alvarez tries to clinch there but Kjick circles away.

Sinclair stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Torregrossa swivels though and keeps the full guard. Torregrossa really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sinclair. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Sinclair passes easily into side control. Nice work. Sinclair just content to control the position.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams throws a sloppy head kick and J Scarborough moves out of range easily. The fight stays on the outside here - Williams looks like he's thinking about clinching though. J Scarborough closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - J Scarborough lands in his opponent's guard. Williams is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. A short uppercut from Williams. Williams lands a damaging elbow.
