0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Arse Face! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Dean Styles and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Face shoots in and drives through. Bloodsport sprawls well. Bloodsport throwing a counter right hand but Face manages to avoid it. Face defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bloodsport. Face shapes to counter with a head kick. Face fails with a takedown attempt. Face slaps away a takedown attempt from Bloodsport, before circling back to the center of the mat. Face tries to clinch but Bloodsport moves out of range. Bloodsport tries to counter by clinching up but Face breaks away and moves out of range. Bloodsport rushes Face and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Face is defending well against a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Great Bloodsport. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bloodsport tries to score a body lock takedown but Face shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Bloodsport is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Face is defending well. Bloodsport looking for a takedown. Face is trying to pull guard but Bloodsport turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Bloodsport breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bloodsport misses with a takedown attempt - Face sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Face changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Face dives in and grabs Bloodsport's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bloodsport pushes down on Face's head and hops out. Bloodsport shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Bloodsport goes for a double leg but Face avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Face continues to drive forward. Bloodsport closes the distance and clinches. Face tries to pull guard but Bloodsport won't allow it.
Bloodsport drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Face gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Bloodsport gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Bloodsport thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Face is looking to control Bloodsport's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Face avoid being mounted?
That's two minutes gone in the round. Face is trying to escape back to his feet but Bloodsport uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Bloodsport staying calm. Bloodsport decides to stand back up. Bloodsport steps back and let's Face get back to his feet. Bloodsport clinches with his opponent.
Face tries to pull guard but Bloodsport won't allow it.
Bloodsport is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Face gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Face stalling in the clinch but Bloodsport improves position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bloodsport is working for takedown but Face is calmly controlling the position for now. Bloodsport drops down looking for an ankle pick but Face pulls his leg out and moves away.
Face tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Bloodsport defends well and Face ends up having to push Bloodsport into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Bloodsport drops down looking for a counter takedown but Face sprawls and moves away. Bloodsport doesn't succeed with the takedown and Face counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Bloodsport shoots in but no luck this time. Face moves in looking to clinch but Bloodsport pushes him off. Bloodsport is trying hard to land a takedown here. Face sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Bloodsport gets a clinch. Face swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Bloodsport breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Bloodsport throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Face's waist but Face gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bloodsport off to one side.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Face is looking to clinch. Bloodsport gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Bloodsport takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. A nice leg kick lands there from Face. Face defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bloodsport. Face fails with the takedown and Bloodsport counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Face gets underhooks to prevent Bloodsport's takedown attempt.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bloodsport escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Face shoots and misses and Bloodsport counters by moving into the clinch. Bloodsport pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Great Bloodsport dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Face tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Bloodsport takes the fight into the clinch. Face wants to break free but Bloodsport has control.
Bloodsport lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Bloodsport looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Face with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Bloodsport is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Face can do to turn this around? Face is trying to get back to full guard. Face trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bloodsport breaks from Face's wrist control and lands an elbow. Bloodsport controlling the pace for now. Bloodsport postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Face looks a forlorn figure.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bloodsport is in the full mount, landing strikes. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Face is breathing heavily. BOOM! Bloodsport connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Bloodsport putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Bloodsport is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Face can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Selby defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Paruweczka. A countering left hand to the body from Selby misses. Nice sprawl there from Selby as Paruweczka shoots in. Selby drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Paruweczka defends it well. Paruweczka darts in looking for a takedown but Selby gets double underhooks and turns Paruweczka into the cage. Selby is looking for the big counter here. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jarek Paruweczka. That's going to take a lot out of him. Paruweczka throws a sloppy head kick and Selby moves out of range easily. Selby is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Selby looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Paruweczka is fending him off so far but Selby persists. Paruweczka gets slowly back to his feet. Selby closes this distance looking for a takedown but Paruweczka circles away. Paruweczka swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
As Paruweczka backs off Selby throws a huge counter combo but Paruweczka manages to avoid it all. Selby shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Selby is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Paruweczka is just riding it out for now. Selby eventually gives up the hold. Paruweczka throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Selby uses his free foot to push down on Paruweczka's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Paruweczka. Paruweczka is trying desperately to improve position. Paruweczka's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Selby can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Paruweczka is looking to escape. Paruweczka keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Selby is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Paruweczka to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Paruweczka shrugs it off. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Paruweczka is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The referee warns Paruweczka that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Selby avoids the attempt from Paruweczka to control. Selby lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Paruweczka hang on? Selby landing punches. Paruweczka tries to reverse the position but Selby maintains control. Selby looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Paruweczka is breathing heavily. Selby tries to control but Paruweczka wriggling away. Selby controlling the position easily from mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Selby is working for a guillotine from mount but Paruweczka frees his head quite easily.
Selby jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Paruweczka manages to avoid the submission attempt. Paruweczka parries the strikes from Selby easily there. Selby is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Paruweczka to escape.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Selby has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Paruweczka is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Selby yanks on the arm and Paruweczka is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Selby.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Marks missing with a left hand there. Stones was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Stones tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Marks manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Marks! But no joy. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Stones is defended easily by Marks. Marks ducks down and throws a hook to the body. A decent looking cross lands there for Marks. Marks lands the left hand. Marks lands a jab to the nose. Stones moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Marks throws an overhand right that drops Stones like a sack of potatoes! Marks dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Goon works over Basher's head and body with a nice combination. Basher lands a nice leg kick that just misses Goon's sensitive parts. Basher doesn't manage to clinch there - Goon circles away.
Goon takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Basher feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Goon's calf. Goon stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Basher. Basher connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Good leg kick by Basher there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Basher lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Goon missing with a left hand there. Basher was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Goon backing away here, and Basher unleashes a leg kick that just misses. Basher thows a leg kick but Goon checks it and Goon counters with a straight right hand. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Basher throws a quick inside leg kick. Basher tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Goon swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Basher on the wrong end of a nice hook.

Basher bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Basher wants to land a leg kick but Goon is out of range. Goon is looking for a counter combo. Goon seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Basher buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Goon takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Basher throws a leg kick and Goon counters with a straight right hand. Basher swings away with a leg kick that misses. Basher throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.

Basher lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Goon is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Goon throws a hook to the side of Basher's head but Basher sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Basher finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

and Basher counters with a leg kick. An inside leg kick lands from Basher. Bible Basher seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Basher connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Basher lands a nice leg kick that just misses Goon's sensitive parts.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Basher turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Basher connects with a solid leg kick. Goon tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Goon throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Basher connects with a leg kick. Goon looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Basher throws a nice inside leg kick. Goon chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Basher can pounce on him.
Basher looks to land a body kick but Goon moved away. Basher tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Goon paws at him with a jab and circles away. A slapping leg kick lands for Basher.

Basher throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Basher scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Basher is looking to slow Goon down with leg kicks. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. An inside leg kick lands from Basher. Basher fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Goon misses with a hook. Basher ducked under it nicely. Basher flicks out a counter leg kick but Goon steps away. Basher bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Basher throws a body kick that misses and Goon counters with a lovely straight right hand! Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Basher.
Goon throws the left hand but Basher avoids the punch easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

It connects and Goon has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Goon is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Basher lands with a nice body kick. Basher tries to clinch there but Goon circles away.

Goon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Goon throws out a loose jab but Basher uses good head movement to avoid it. Goon tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. The fight moves into the clinch position. Goon keeps control of Basher as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Basher breaks from the clinch.

Basher bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Goon has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Basher. Bible Basher seems to be getting the better of the standup. Basher lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Goon throws a hook but Basher blocks it. Basher does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Basher throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Goon. Goon throws a lazy uppercut

Goon shrugs it off though. Goon tests Basher's chin there with a solid looking shot. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Basher fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Goon has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Goon takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Goon takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Basher throws a leg kick that is checked and Goon counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Goon stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Basher. Basher tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Goon throwing a counter right hand but Basher manages to avoid it. A nice leg kick lands there from Basher. A leg kick checked by Goon. Basher misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

It looked like Goon was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Basher. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Basher, right into the meat.
Goon takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Basher feints and then cracks Goon's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Goon down.
And that's the end of the fight! Bible Basher comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Basher has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gene slaps away a takedown attempt from Zal, before circling back to the center of the mat. Gene showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Zal.
Gene wants to counter with a clinch but Zal pushes him away. Nice uppercut lands for Gene. That snapped Zal's head back.
Gene shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Zal counters with a lovely straight right hand! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gene cracks Zal with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Zal shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gene but Gene pushes him off and we're back to square one.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ignashevich tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Jone connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Ignashevich with a lazy takedown attempt and Jone connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Ignashevich looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Ignashevich shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jone as he jumps to the side. Ignashevich looks to clinch and Jone counters with a stiff right hand.
