The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Folganes has closed the distance and engaged Doria in a clinch.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Doria buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Doria's jab looks to have found its range, popping Folganes under the eye. Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Doria! Folganes is out on his feet! Doria rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Folganes is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Folganes is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nishida pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Nishida throws a body punch but Riviera moves out of range. Riviera feints a jab promting Nishida to slip. Riviera then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Nishida slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Riviera slips under a jab from Nishida. Riviera throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Nishida lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick. Riviera works over Nishida's head and body with a nice combination.
Nishida is rocked! Riviera swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A counter left hand to the body from Nishida misses its target. Oh Nishida is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Riviera closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Nishida! Riviera dives in looking to finish! Nishida is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

Pit Mies seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mies throws a lazy right hand but Matsuo sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Matsuo connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Matsuo scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Matsuo goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

Matsuo plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Mies to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Mies just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!

Alves lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Nice cross by Alves. Alves jabs Jaguar right on the nose. Jaguar blinks but takes it well. Jaguar misses with a takedown attempt letting Alves counter with a right hand.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ramirez closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Schlemper to the mat! Schlemper manages to get full guard. Ramirez wants to pass the guard but Schlemper is keeping the position. Ramirez drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Schlemper manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Ramirez has Schlemper in his guard. Schlemper is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Schlemper throws a big elbow that misses. Schlemper avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Ramirez is desperately trying to improve his position but Schlemper has a good base and remains in mount. Schlemper controlling the pace for now. Schlemper trying to control but Ramirez is having none of it. Ramirez is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Schlemper has control of Ramirez's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Ramirez regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Schlemper is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Ramirez is just riding it out for now. Schlemper eventually gives up the hold. Schlemper passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Ramirez!
