The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Holohan fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kobayashi sprawls well initially but Holohan persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Holohan seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kobayashi does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Silva has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Block finds it's way round the side to connect with Silva's head.

Silva tries to clinch up but Block circles away and keeps his distance.
It seemed like Block was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Block gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Silva gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Block is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!

Wanderlei Silva really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that 155q/145q Recovery, 140 Bulk/Stam logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
