9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Rekis! The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Chris Saunders and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rekis drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Merridew seems keen to control Rekis's posture. Rekis advances position into side control! Rekis trying to control the position but Merridew is working away. Merridew managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Rekis.
Rekis working the ground and pound. Merridew is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Rekis has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rekis looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Merridew is avoiding damage well.

Merridew sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Merridew trying to control but he's not successful this time. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Rekis tries to hold on but Merridew postures up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but John Rekis will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Rekis moves out of range of the strikes. We've been told by Merridew's head coaches at Rancid Fight Club that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Merridew misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Rekis.
Merridew throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Jack Merridew seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rekis shoots in but no luck this time. Merridew scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. A looping hook to the body misses from Merridew. Rekis does a little dance to reset his feet. Merridew throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Rekis sees it coming and avoids it easily. Rekis feints the counter takedown. Merridew wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Rekis moves away from the strike by Merridew. Merridew connects with a body shot. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Merridew throws a body punch but Rekis moves out of range. Merridew scores with the left hand. Rekis knows he should have avoided that one. Merridew waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Rekis. Merridew ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rekis moves away. Merridew clobbers Rekis with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Rekis tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Merridew defends well and Rekis ends up having to push Merridew into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Rekis shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Merridew is trying to defend but Rekis finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Rekis is looking to advance position but Merridew won't allow it. Rekis is working for a kimura but Merridew is defending it quite comfortably.
Merridew on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Merridew tries to get out of the position. Merridew wants to improve his position but Rekis is controlling well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Merridew is refusing to be controlled, as Rekis sits in half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Merridew wants to control but Rekis is keeping busy.
Rekis winds up and cracks Merridew with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Merridew keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Rekis is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Merridew tries to roll over but Rekis keeps him under control. Rekis lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rekis throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Rekis is looking to advance position but Merridew won't allow it. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Rekis is trying to control the action in half guard but Merridew is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Merridew swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Merridew with a hook. Merridew digs a good hook to Rekis's body.
Merridew misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Rekis counters with a takedown into side control. Rekis connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Merridew some visible discomfort.
Rekis cracks Merridew with a big right hand but Merridew just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Merridew tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Rekis wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rekis swings around for an armbar but Merridew sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Rekis's guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Rekis pulls Merridew in to control the position. Rekis bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Merridew's guard. Merridew can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Rekis controls the pace. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Rekis accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Merridew has momentary wrist control but Rekis slips an elbow through the middle. Rekis has gone for a leg lock! Merridew slips out almost immediately though and dives into Rekis's guard. Rekis wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jack Merridew dominated that second round. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
A cross from Merridew lands. Merridew misses with a wild body shot. Rekis has a takedown stuffed. Rekis walks into a stiff left hand from Merridew. Rekis swings for the body but Merridew moves out of range.
Nice uppercut lands for Merridew. That snapped Rekis's head back.
Merridew throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Rekis stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rekis tries to score a power double leg takedown but Merridew sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Rekis somewhat. Excellent takedown into side control there by Rekis.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rekis works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Rekis is trying to ground and pound but Merridew uses the momentary lack of control by Rekis to regain half guard. Rekis tries to pass the half guard into mount. Merridew knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Merridew has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Rekis is working away from the top position though. Rekis landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Rekis sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Merridew defending well though. Rekis missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Rekis not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Merridew tries to get to full guard but Rekis has control of the leg. Rekis thows a huge punch but Merridew dodges it nicely.
Merridew keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Rekis scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Rekis seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Merridew has recovered full guard. Rekis throwing strikes but missing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rekis throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Merridew looks to land a left hand but Rekis moved out of range nicely. Jack Merridew is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. A jab from Merridew does it's job there. Merridew gets caught napping as Rekis dives in and scores a takedown. Merridew manages to retain guard. Rekis postures up in Merridew's guard and throws a big left but Merridew blocks it. Rekis throwing strikes but missing. Merridew wants to stand up but Rekis is controlling him. Merridew wants to sweep but no luck.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Merridew keeping full guard, as Rekis tries to pass. Rekis with a flurry of punches that miss. Merridew working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Rekis. Rekis stands up over Merridew, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Rekis throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Merridew works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Rekis looks for a takedown but Merridew sprawls well. Jack Merridew has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Rekis. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. A jab from Merridew misses. Rekis feints the counter takedown. Rekis shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Merridew defends it nicely.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jack Merridew. I think Merridew has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boubacar uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Man.
Boubacar dodges the punch combination from Man.
Man throws a nice looking combination but Boubacar bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Boubacar keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Man. Man throws a right hand that misses
and Boubacar counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Man lands a jab to the nose. Man throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Boubacar feints a counter leg kick. Boubacar has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Boubacar keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Boubacar chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Man throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
It seemed like Boubacar was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Boubacar showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Man.
Boubacar connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. A big right from Man misses. Boubacar swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
That's one minute gone in the round. A nice leg kick lands there from Boubacar. We've been informed that Boubacar has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Man fails to land with a series of punches.
A good leg kick by Boubacar. A punch lands to the side of Man 's head but he takes it in his stride. Man walks into a jab. Boubacar throws a head kick but Man moves out of range.
Boubacar throws a nice outside leg kick. Man tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Man misses the jab. Man slips a jab from Boubacar. A nice inside leg kick there by Boubacar. That's going to slow Man down. Man on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Man misses with an uppercut. Boubacar saw that one coming. Man scores with a jab to the head.
Boubacar is rocked! Man lands with a right and another and another! Boubacar is in big trouble! Man lands again and this time it's lights out for Boubacar! A quality knockout there for Man.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Best Man! Best Man tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.

He's persisting with it as Stiffington sprawls well. Stiffington wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Teach gets slowly back to his feet. Teach shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Stiffington but Stiffington pushes him off and we're back to square one. Teach closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Stiffington did well to prevent Teach getting side control. Teach wants to take a breather but Stiffington is having none of it.

Stiffington has hold of Teach's hands but Teach slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Teach lands strikes from half guard. Stiffington keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Teach working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Stiffington's thigh. Stiffington counters though and makes it back to full guard. Stiffington wants to get back to his feet but Teach is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Stiffington looking to control.

Stiffington wriggles free and stands up. Teach will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Teach shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Stiffington pinned against the cage. Stiffington gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Stiffington stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Stiffington wants it to stay on the feet. Stiffington swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Teach needs to keep his hands up - Stiffington had a free shot at his head there. Teach fails with the takedown and Stiffington cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Teach is rocked!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stiffington weaves into range and cracks Teach right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Teach goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Stiffington is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:11 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Rod Stiffington! A less than humble Rod Stiffington misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dre takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Dre dives in and grabs Asap's left leg, looking for a takedown. Asap pushes down on Dre's head and hops out. Asap swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Dre. Dre will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Asap thumps Dre with a low kick. Dre gets tackled into the cage by Asap. Asap maintains the clinch. Asap lands an elbow just above Dre 's eye. Asap lands a damaging elbow. Dre fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Sam Asap has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dr Dre. Dre takes an elbow to the temple. Asap stalling.

Wallace has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Gustavio clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! This has been an exciting period of action! Wallace looking to break Gustavio's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Gustavio remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Wallace will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! Wallace controlling the position well here. Gustavio rolled but Wallace kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Luka tries to clinch but Aires is having none of it. Aires darts in looking for a takedown but Luka gets double underhooks and turns Aires into the cage. Luka tries to counter with a clinch but Aires shakes him off and moves away. That was a close second round but I would say that Bruno Aires will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! And we move into the final round!

You could hear that one land in a back row.

That sent Luka stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Luka thumps Aires with a low kick. Luka gets in close and instigates a clinch. Luka misses with some punches.

Aires throws the kick towards the body but Luka avoids it. A big right from Luka misses. Aires swings away with a leg kick that misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Luka lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Aires at a distance.
Horrible takedown attempt by Aires or perhaps it was just good defense by Luka, which made it look bad. Aires fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Luka checks it well. Crunch! Aires slams his shin into Luka's torso. Aires throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Luka tries to counter with a clinch but Aires shakes him off and moves away. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Aires, right into the meat.
Aires jabs Luka to the body, keeping him at a distance. Aires throws a wild body kick that Luka sees coming a mile off. Aires throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Luka steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Aires. Luka connects with the punch. Aires just misses with a punch to the body.
Luka lands with a big left! Aires is wobbled badly! Luka comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Aires to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Keya forces Renou back against the cage and clinches. Keya blocks a body shot from Renou. Keya pushes Renou back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Keya just leaning against Renou, taking a breather. Keya pushes Renou back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Keya lands an uppercut. Renou misses with a punch on the inside.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tefft slaps away a takedown attempt from Atsituab, before circling back to the center of the mat. Atsituab scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Atsituab prevents Tefft from escaping the position. Atsituab tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Tefft tries to get back to half guard but can't. Atsituab misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Tefft parries the strikes from Atsituab easily there. Atsituab is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Tefft to escape.
