Rauno Repomies showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Repomies.

Repomies feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Velasquez sprawling to the canvas! Velasquez rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Repomies finish him?!

and Repomies counters with a nice low kick that buckles Velasquez's knee momentarily.
Oh Velasquez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Velasquez fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Repomies drops Velasquez with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Velasquez looks back up at him and smiles so Repomies waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Repomies sends Velasquez crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Repomies is motioning to the referee to let Velasquez up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Velasquez dives in for a single leg takedown but Repomies sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Velasquez drops his hands for a split second and Repomies immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Velasquez face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Repomies follows up with a right hand that knocks Velasquez into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
