That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! nof crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Matt - the referee stops the clock and nof gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Matt. nof manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Kovas goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kovas cracks Hoost with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Kovas has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Hoost to stand back up!

Ernesto Hoost seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kovas rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hoost moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Hoost loses concentration momentarily and Kovas pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Hoost crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Kovas finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Monstra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rekord Nadoev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Monstra's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Slayer - Hate Worldwide. Rekord Nadoev told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!
