0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Lord Seraphim! The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Sandra Marshall and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Grimes fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Seraphim to the ground. Grimes is now in Seraphim's guard. Grimes drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Grimes jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Seraphim looking for a sweep. Not yet Seraphim, not yet. Seraphim can't keep his opponent in guard - Grimes advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Grimes is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Grimes is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Seraphim doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Grimes. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Grimes is working for a submission of some sort.
Grimes looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Smith jabbing away but nothing is landing. Smith looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Smith throws out a loose jab but Lawler uses good head movement to avoid it. Lawler dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Lawler fails to land the takedown. Smith is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Smith takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Lawler gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily so Smith counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Lawler avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lawler bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Smith's guard. Smith managing to control the position. Let's hope that Smith has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lawler has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Lawler working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Lawler throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Lawler stopping the sweep attempt from Smith. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Smith is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Smith is still trying to improve position. Lawler trying to control but Smith is working from the bottom. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Lawler shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Smith eats them both and turns towards Lawler to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Smith misses with a low kick.
Lawler changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Smith looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Lawler working the head and body with strikes. Lawler fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Smith avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Lawler. Lawler happy to just control the position for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lawler misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Lawler throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Lawler trying to control the position but Smith is working away. Lawler tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Lawler controlling the position from side mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. You can see the frustration on Smith's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Smith tries to buck Lawler off but Lawler is having none of it. Smith is being controlled here. Lawler scores with a couple of short elbows. Smith managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Lawler.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Lawler lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Smith down.

Smith is rocked! Lawler chips away with some ground and pound. Smith is still in real trouble! Can Lawler finish him? Smith is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Lawler content to stall in guard here. Smith has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lawler can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Lawler is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Lawler postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Smith covers up, he's hurt! Lawler keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Lawler and the ref steps in to end the fight! Lawler can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tyron Lawler! Tom Smith spoke after the fight, saying 'I feel real SUCKY right now...But Im a fast learner and I promise my return will be different !'.

Reese misses with a hook. Wirya ducked under it nicely. Wirya tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Wirya throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Wirya connects with an inside leg kick. Wirya is looking to clinch but Reese is avoiding it.
Wirya tries to close the distance and clinch but Reese swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Reese clinches up against the cage. Wirya has Reese pressed against the cage, preventing Reese from circling away and getting back to striking at range. A nice left hand lands by Reese.

Haq uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Marley. Haq's corner calls for a 1-2. Haq obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Haq fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Marley, pushing him back against the cage. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Marley wants to break free but Haq has control.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kenobi misses with a takedown attempt and MacLeod counters with a right hand to the body. Kenobi has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Kenobi gets the takedown into side control. MacLeod is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Kenobi controlling from side mount. Kenobi wants to control but MacLeod is keeping him busy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round. MacLeod tries to bench press Kenobi off him but Kenobi keeps the position. Kenobi has an Americana. MacLeod didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Kenobi is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Kenobi hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bartowski stuns Karstark with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Bartowski takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Bartowski misses the shot to the body. Karstark appears to be looking for a big counter. Bartowski cracks Karstark with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Arnolf Karstark seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bartowski walks into a straight right hand from Karstark. A punch combination from Bartowski misses. Karstark swings for the body but Bartowski moves out of range.
Karstark scores with a jab. Bartowski acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Karstark definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Bartowski has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Fitness elite 24/7. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one. Bartowski trying to control the position from guard on top but Karstark is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Bartowski throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Karstark tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Bartowski is in Karstark's guard. Bartowski in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Bartowski connects with a couple of short punches. Karstark working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Bartowski. Bartowski throwing strikes but missing. Bartowski lands a couple of digs. Bartowski is looking to work some ground and pound but Karstark has wrist control.

Karstark is fighting to break Bartowski's control of his arms but Bartowski is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Bartowski stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Karstark swivels though and keeps the full guard. Karstark manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bartowski manages to get himself to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bartowski has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Karstark stopping the sweep attempt from Bartowski. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Karstark throws a big right hand that misses. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Oleg Bartowski dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Bartowski changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Karstark looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Bartowski scoring with punches and elbows. Bartowski lands a nice forearm strike. Bartowski trying to control the position but Karstark is working away. Karstark struggling a bit here. Bartowski creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Karstark gets back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bartowski throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Bartowski missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Bartowski lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Bartowski looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Karstark with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Karstark is rocked! Karstark is pressing down on Bartowski's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bartowski loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Karstark really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Karstark lands an upkick as Bartowski stands over him. Bartowski is working Karstark over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Bartowski works over Karstark with some ground and pound from guard. Oh Karstark is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bartowski scoring with punches to the head and body. Bartowski arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Karstark's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!

Oleg Bartowski decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. It looks like Gunnar McGregor has been cut. McGregor shoots in but no luck this time. McGregor shoots for a takedown but Wad saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Dick Wad has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gunnar McGregor. Wad lands a nice shot to the body.
Wad cracks McGregor with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Wad has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning McGregor to stand back up! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. McGregor gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Wad counters with a right hand from hell and McGregor is out cold! A vicious knockout!

It looks like Ben Pulse has been cut. The fighters circle, before Terra throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Pulse's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Terra lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). San Terra! A less than humble San Terra misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
